Im Badezimmer mit Wanne und Regendusche entspannt es sich nach einem Stadtpaziergang besonders gut. Auch im Winter ist es dank Eichenparkett mit Fußbodenheizung so richtig gemütlich. Mit Frühstück und kleinen Mahlzeiten kannst du dich in der Küche mit Geschirrspüler jederzeit selbst versorgen.

Im ersten und einzigen Stockwerk des Biedermeier Hauses liegt die die große Wohnung mit allem, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Modern, zeitlos & praktisch ausgestattet. Neu: Klimaanlage (zentral). 6 Ferienwohnungen und der Installateurbetrieb unsere Vorfahren (seit 1888) befinden sich unter dem selben Dach. Ein paar Gehminuten entfernt: Mariahilfer Straße, zahlreiche Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Kultur und vielfältige Gastronomie, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Wir vermieten ein charmantes Altbau-Apartment im Herzen von Wien. Die neu sanierte Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ist straßenseitig nicht einsichtig, zusätzlich wurden alle Fenster mit Einbruchschutz versehen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral aber dennoch in einer ruhigen Seitengasse unweit vom berühmten Wiener Naschmarkt. Die 45m2 bestehen aus einem Wohn-Schlafraum, einer kleinen Küche mit Essbereich, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und einer separaten Toilette.
