Had a great time staying at Erika's place, without any issues! The house was as described in the listing and the photos. The amount of space was great for several guests, and the provided desk / wifi was great for working productively in a remote fashion. The neighborhood and surrounding area is very walkable, and the area has an abundance of restaurants, grocery stores, whatever you might need while in the area. Communication was great throughout the stay when needed (basically only when checking in/out).

Amy's place was perfect for our extended family Spring Break trip. It was easy to get to beaches, plenty of local restaurants and activities, nearby grocery stores and gas stations. The pool was the perfect place to sit and cool off at the end of a long hot day of sight seeing and exploring. Plenty of space for the 8 of us to relax and spread out. Definitely would consider coming back to Amy's place on a future trip!

I would highly recommend staying at this home. It is intuitively stocked as if the owners lived in it. I brought my own toiletries and kitchen supplies and toys, unknowingly that the home had everything a traveler would need. From the seasonings to the boogie boards and sand buckets, this house has what you need to experience, a beach house at its best. It is a well-located home. While my little kids were not able to walk to Shell or Siesta Beach, we were able to get to the beach within a short drive. The most memorable moment was being able to relax while my kids were out catching lizards, playing tennis, basketball or swimming in the pool all while I was cooking or reading from the luxury of the home. If there was one thing that varied from the photos, the kayaks were not available. The recent hurricanes have damaged the docks. I would return home in a heart beat if my job paide me more or gave me more time away :) Thank you Brett and Cyndi.

The stay at Jorge's house exceeded expectations. He is responsive, kind, and very helpful. The house is comfortable, clean, and has a spacious backyard. It's in a nice area of town, convenient to everything. Thank you, Jorge for everything! We would stay here again anytime, and highly recommend to anyone visiting Sarasota!

Increíble el tiempo q pasamos la piscina espectacular, la mejor que eh estado para adultos esta genial pues tiene buena profundidad, para niños no la recomiendo mucho por ese detalle , super recomendable y mucha limpieza , volveríamos sin problemas .

We just got back from a weekend getaway here and cannot say enough great things about this property. The unit was spotless and felt extremely clean, we could not have been more comfortable during our stay. They have everything you need for a great day at the beach - umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs and wagons. There were always plenty available for us to use. This property has several units on it however we did not run into any other guests during our entire stay and it felt very private. We even used the hot tub and pool one evening! The host was very flexible and accommodated us for early check in and late check out which was amazing. The unit was a short 10 minute walk to the beach and to the downtown area where all the shops and restaurants are. Truly one of the best Airbnb properties we have stayed at and will not hesitate to stay here again next time we are in Siesta Key!!!

This is a beautiful place, with great views from your deck and living room/Kitchen. It was great to be able to enjoy the beach even from inside when you needed a break. I also loved that we were within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. If you didn't want to, you never needed to drive anywhere. There are plenty of options across the street and the trolley stops by every 20 minutes. The only thing I didn't love was the water pressure in the shower, but I just took a few extra minutes and it was fine. That would never stop me from staying here again. It is a very convenient and beautiful spot.

Great stay in a great location. The pool area was great. Nicole was awesome, friendly, and helpful. Good recommendation for local establishments. Crescent was fun! Really liked this place. Would stay here again for sure.

We were very pleased with our bradenton florida vacation! Jolien and Tobi made us feel very welcome and we settled right in so easily—comfortable king size bed, washer/dryer, easy sunny kitchen, nice dishwasher, and beach chairs—-(even a fountain view)—truly hated to leave!
