The sitting room/kitchenette has a sofa-futon bed for a third person. The kitchenette features a full fridge, microwave, double cook top, new electric fry pan, blender, toaster oven, toaster and coffee maker and a private lanai. with table, chairs and umbrella. There is Free parking in the driveway... We need to get three cars in, so mind the yellow lines and stay behind the orange cones.
