Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Einzelbetten welche Sie zu einem grossen Doppelbett zusammenschieben lassen, 3 Badezimmer mit WC, über einen grosszügigen Wohnbereich mit zusätzlichem Schlafsofa und Kamin, sowie einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und Essbereich für 8 Personen. Kuća za odmor Melani nalazi se u mirnom dijelu Gacke doline u selu Sinac. Veliki privatni grijani bazen 9,5m x 4m. Grijani bazen je otvoren od 15. travnja do 01. listopada. Bazen ima i plitki dio za djecu. Finska sauna je besplatna za naše goste, a i igraonica je također besplatna. Dovoljno blizu svim znamenitostima, a dovoljno daleko za ugodni boravak i mir. House Arupium nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini rijeke Gacke, svega 3 km od središta grada Otočca. Kuća je površine 60 m2, te je kompletno opremljena. Posjeduje terasu ispred kuće sa pogledom na rijeku i planine, te manju terasu koja se nalazi na samoj rijeci. Kuća je potpuno obnovljena i namještena sa novim namještajem.
