You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Come stay in our charming, homely unit in Thirroul. With plenty of free on-street parking, leave the car and stroll down the hill to the many thriving coffee shops, restaurants, wine bars and pubs. Take a short walk or drive to the beautiful nearby beaches. Centrally located, the unit is walking distance from express trains and buses. It is just 1 hour to Sydney or 15 mins to Wollongong. If you are looking for a room with a view then look no further. Kims Place is in an ideal location, with a NE aspect providing amazing beach, ocean and escarpment views. Ideally suited for couples. It is on the ground floor of our architect designed home. Guests have their own entrance. Kims Place does not provide breakfast but local cafes are within easy walking distance. There is no cooktop or oven in the kitchenette. Guests are encouraged to dine out or use the BBQ on the balcony

Modern 1 BR with free wifi & aircon

This modern 1 BR guest suite has airconditioning, free wifi & free laundry facilities, located in a quiet street. A portable cooktop will be provided for stays of 3 nights or more. NO PETS ALLOWED. Local attractions are Port Kembla beach and Nan Tien Buddhist temple. A shopping centre, restaurants, & fast food stores are only a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. Wollongong/WIN Stadium - 12 min drive UOW - 12 min drive, or a bus to Wollongong then free shuttle bus to uni.

Parthenia Studio

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

Wyuna West Room 2

Wyuna provides a unique experience with a distinctive heritage character. Perfect couples getaway. Originally built as a guest house in 1905 and restored in 2022, Wyuna provides two guest suites with modern facilities in a classic setting. WEST ROOM 2 provides a queen bed and large walk in shower, while EAST ROOM 1 (separately listed) providing a king bed and bath. A 5 minute walk to Thirroul Beach, Local Shops, Cafes, Restaurants, Hotels and the renowned Anita’s Theatre.

Seabreeze - new stylish studio near beaches

Relax in the privacy of the studio with full kitchen, luxurious queen bed with premium linen, stylish bathroom with quality towels and toiletries provided. The living area, opening to a courtyard, has a 50inch smart TV and comfy leather lounge. WiFi is free. A gas heater quickly heats the space and air-con provides extra comfort. It's a short 5 min walk to the Blue Mile walkway and the Novotel, cafes, beach and CBD or catch the free bus to WIN Stadium, UOW and Hospital.

New luxury ground floor studio apartment with secure parking in lock up garage. Suitable for couples, singles, and business travellers. Less than a 5-minute stroll to North Wollongong beach. Take a walk or swim in the ocean pool, skydive at Stewart park, or relax on the beach. Visit some of the many cafes, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance. The perfect base for a quiet getaway or a longer stays- all while enjoying a relaxing atmosphere.

A specious self-contained guest suite style room on lower level of a two story house, with owners living above. You have your own space with private entry. Consists of 2 rooms--1 bedsitter, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is private yard with fully fenced for dogs. PLEASE NOTE: There are steps down to the accommodation. Those people who have difficulty with steps should consider this.
