The apartment is nice and very spacious with everything you need and the community pool it’s lovely! It does get very hot without AC but the fans did help.

Alberto est un super hôte, très réactif et à l’écoute en cas de questions. Lina, co-hôte est à disposition également et très agréable ! Le logement était conforme à la description avec une vue magnifique. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Nous reviendrons !

Wir haben als Familie eine Woche in der Unterkunft von Stefano verbracht und es war traumhaft! Zu der voll ausgestatteten Wohnung braucht man nicht viel sagen, die Bilder sprechen für sich - und es ist in der Realität wirklich so schön!!! Hervorheben möchte ich allerdings die Kommunikation mit Stefano. Jederzeit schnell, transparent, sympathisch und ausführlich. Auf Fragen reagierte Stefan sehr schnell. Sehr hilfreich waren die gesendeten Videos, die den Weg zur und in die Unterkunft beschrieben haben! Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden Stefanos Wohnung wirklich uneingeschränkt jedem weiterempfehlen!

We felt right at home at Danilo’s. He’s a great host that is always very responsive and there to help with local tips and advice. Furthermore, he accommodated us on a few special requests we had during our stay. Also, he brought us a brand new coffee machine during our stay :) His place is very clean and has nice rooms including a well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and parking is extremely easy right in front of the house. We can only recommend Danilo!!

We had a wonderful stay at Pietro's apartment. The pictures on the website do not do justice to the actual beauty and location - the location and views of the flat are gorgeous, right on the beach with unobstructed views of the beach and pool. The flat and its kitchen are well equipped. The residence has a wonderful private beach - even though it is rocky, we used it daily with the kids. It is a stretch of approx. 600m with lots of beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the residence. And there are sandy beaches near by. You can reach Porto Rotondo by foot in about 15min or take the free shuttle bus which also solves the challenge of finding parking in the village. Two things prospective renters should know: the flat is rather smallish, which means your family must be able to manage space well; and, the stairs up to the attic are very steep and narrow. This was no problem for our kids, but some adults may find it difficult. All in all - highly recommended!!!

Io e la mia amica Giorgia siamo state più che bene! Martina e tutta la sua famiglia ci hanno ospitato come fossimo anche noi parte di essa. La comunicazione con Martina fin da subito è sempre stata molto veloce e utile. Martina è molto gentile e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità lei sarà sempre presente. Ci siamo sentite accolte e se torneremo in zona sicuramente sceglieremo ancora la sua residenza. Un grande abbraccio a Martina e tutta la sua famiglia 🥰

What an incredible spot! You cannot be closer to the beautiful beach in Vignola Mare. The apartment had all we needed (and more). Giovanni was an amazing host, communicated extremely well and provided us with a long list of restaurants and vineyards to visit (too many to get to them all, so we will have to come back!). We (6 friends from South Africa and the UK) had a great time and would definitely recommend this property. Thank you very much Giovanni for hosting us!

Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo, l'alloggio è veramente carino e pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario e veramente confortevole! Zona tranquilla e molto strategica; ma il punto forte è sicuramente la gentilezza e disponibilità di Fabrizio, sempre reattivo, amichevole e pronto a risolvere ogni possibile inconveniente. Consigliatissimo!

Padroni di casa estremamnte gentili e disponibili ad aiutare e consigliare per cose pratiche,quali parcheggio,raccolta rifiuti..l 'alloggio pulitissimo, con messa a disposizione abbondante di lenzuola,asciugamani,anche da mare,dotato di pentole ed utensili in abbondanza.L'appartamento dispone di due ingressi,un terrazzino dove si puo passare piacevolmente il proprio tempo,la posizione fantastica ,una delle piu gettonate nell'isola,sopra Cala Gavetta,un porticciolo che è una vera chicca ad un passo dal centro storico.Per tornare ci metterei la firma.

The location was perfect, quiet, in a residential area but an easy walk to the beach, marina and restaurants. The apartment was as per the photos and super clean. Carmen was very responsive and provided some suggestions for the area. We were only there 2 nights but I wish we had stayed longer.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Elena. L’appartement est très spacieux et bien situé dans un quartier familial. Il y a une magnifique crique à deux pas de l’appartement où on peut y admirer de splendide coucher de soleil. Un peu plus loin, à pied, une belle plage locale pour se baigner. Santa Teresa Gallura n’est qu’à quelques minutes en voiture. Elena est une hôte toujours disponible et très accueillante.

Très beau logement, spacieux, propre et très bien équipé, facile d’accès et facile pour se garer dans rue. Endroit très calme et joli. Hôte réactif et très aimable. Je recommande !

Alessio persona splendida nell’accoglierci nel suo appartamento mostrandoci il necessario e consigliandoci giorno dopo giorno (anche su nostra richiesta) i migliori posti da visitare, ristoranti e attività. L’appartamento si è presentato impeccabile a livello di pulizia e dispone di tutto il necessario per passare una bella vacanza. Molto apprezzato la presenza di 2 climatizzatori (camera da letto e soggiorno) Esperienza super positiva, se dovessimo ritornare sicuramente faremo conti di Alessio

We had a great stay at Giovanni’s place. The apartment was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. It was nice and quiet too and the room stayed very cool even without the AC. Parking wasn’t great as we had to drive up and down for a while to find a space, but we were still only parked a maximum of a 5 minute walk away. The apartment is also super close to local restaurants and bars and the beach. Check-in was very easy and instructions were clear and Giovanni was super helpful! Would definitely recommend and we would stay again.

Great location for either beach/watersports or as a base for exploring. Studio was exactly as described and Antonella was very responsive and helpful for all our enqiries. My wife and I had a hire car and were out exploring by day and cooking for ourselves in the evening, and this was a perfect location. We visited early in the season so it was quiet and many restaurants/excursions were not fully open but it made getting around the island much easier for us explorers! There is a small market/store nearby (walking distance) which sells most of what you need and also a lot of local produce, including Sardinian wines, hand-made ravioli, pecorino and a selection of salamis. We ate well during our 6-night stay! Thank-you Antonella :-)

Nous avons séjourné du 8 au 15 avril. Andrea et sa famille sont très accueillants, chaleureux, souriants, généreux, réactifs, disponibles bref des hôtes comme tout le monde rêve de rencontrer. Nous avons eu le plaisir de rentrer dans un logement impeccable, jolie décoration, draps et une multitude de serviettes qui sentaient vraiment bons 😊, produits d'hygiène offerts par les hôtes. L'extérieur est très chaleureux, dans une ambiance cocooning et un magnifique jaccuzi. Pour les personnes qui ont une voiture, possibilité de se garer dans la rue ( qui est très calme) Le logement est à proximité de nombreux endroits touristiques + commerces Si vous cherchez un logement à Olbia, allez chez Andrea et sa famille, vous ne serez pas déçu ! A recommander à 💯% Au plaisir

Das Appartement ist hell und geräumig. Es ist schön eingerichtet und wir haben und dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Der zugehörige Pool ist wirklich sehr groß, wir haben ihn aber kaum genutzt, da es nicht besonders warm war. Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine schöne Terrasse mit gemütlichen Stühlen um die Abendsonne zu genießen. Die Wohnung ist etwas am Rand von Palau gelegen. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig, aber man kann trotzdem alles zu Fuß erreichen, da Palau nicht sehr groß ist. Einige gute Restaurants und auch Strände sind in der Nähe. Luigi ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Es wurde alles sehr gut beschrieben (mit Videos) und Luigi gibt einem auch gute Tipps für Restaurants oder Strände. Ich würde das Appartement bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Palau wieder buchen.

Elena's apartment was really lovely -- super modern, spacious, and clean. She provided tons of amenities (towels, beach towels, beach bags, cooking utensils, etc). She was also very responsive and helped us out with finding a late night taxi for a night out. Overall, a really nice stay. Some things to note: - The pool has a swimming cap policy for when you are fully in the water (swimming caps were also provided for all guests). This was a bit annoying conceptually but it ended up being totally fine and kind of funny, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you want to do a hair flip photoshoot in the pool. - The free street parking was not immediately outside of the property (was around 3-5 mins walking) so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage to unload.

Jessica hat uns die Unterkunft glücklicherweise sehr kurzfristig vermietet und einen Check-In keine 10 Minuten später ermöglicht und uns damit den Tag gerettet! Wir haben eine Einführung und ganz viele Tipps von ihr bekommen. Das Appartement entspricht haargenau den Bildern und ist so schön und warm eingerichtet, dass wir uns wirklich „Like @ Home“ gefühlt haben. Die Badezimmer sind super, es gibt viele Handtücher, sogar extra welche für den Pool und Strand. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Wohnzimmer ist so gemütlich! Wir hatten einen rundherum schönen Aufenthalt und wären gern länger geblieben, aber leider ging unser Flug nach 2 Tagen. Im Sommer ist der Außenbereich mit den Pools sicherlich traumhaft, jetzt war das Wasser etwas kalt, aber die Kinder hat es nicht gestört. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter und hoffen auf eine Rückkehr ins schöne Palau☺️

Siamo stati con nostro figlio e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Host disponibile, facilità di parcheggio, presenti tutti i servizi che ci interessavano e in appartamento c’era tutto l’occorrente.

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard vers 22h, Patrizia et son mari ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont même proposé de nous emmener dans un restaurant car nous n’avions pas dîné vraiment très gentil de leur part. L’appartement était très propre, rien à dire. Je vous le recommande .

Se vc procura um lugar agradável, cheio de amenidades, bem equipado, incluindo máquina de lavar, sabão em pó, produtos de limpeza, toalhas a vontade para piscina, whirlpool e saunas (que alias vc pode usar a qualquer momento, inclusive a noite), este é o lugar. A casa tem um jardim lindo, com redes e horta. Como eu disse acima a piscina, as saunas, a hidromassagem são um extra que utilizei bastante e foi uma delicia. o lugar é muito calmo e silencioso mas próximos a belas praias, restaurantes e da cidade. Os anfitrioes são muito simpáticos e prestativos e o fato da extrema flexibilidade para o check in e check out nos conquistou (o ferry chegou às 7 horas da manhã e pudemos logo entrar). Recomendo demais a acomodação a futuros hóspedes.
