Si le paradis existe sur terre, je dirais que c'est cet appartement : vue imprenable sur la mer, décoration raffinée et équipements fonctionnels. Cependant, ce qui rend vraiment cet appartement exceptionnel, c'est l'accueil chaleureux et attentionné de Béatrice. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Aussenbereich mit Veranda, Bepflanzung, Rasen und Grillstelle wunderschön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

L'appartement était très très beau avec vue sur la mer, spacieux et propre, nous avons passé quelques jours tranquilles.

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Belle maison dans le maquis, paisible Bel environnement. Franck est très sympathique et nous a accueilli avec une grande gentillesse. Je recommande sa maison pour des vacances agréables.

Formidable séjour entre amies chez Maria Teresa. La vue est à couper le souffle et l'appartement est bien équipé. Maria Teresa a été très réactive dans les communications et nous a permis de passer un très bon moment.

Atemberaubend! Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Ferienhausanlage. Es ist ein italienisch traditionell rustikales Ferienhaus. Wenn man es betritt, fühlt man sich wie bei einer italienischen Großfamilie, obwohl natürlich keine dort ist. Es ist gemütlich und einladend. Wenn sich die Eingangstür öffnet, hast du sofort einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf eine türkisfarbene Bucht. Wir wurden freundlich von einer Verwalterin begrüßt und eingewiesen. Die Kommunikation mit Valeria selbst war überaus freundlich und engagiert. Man hat deutlich gespürt, dass sie sich sehr für das Wohl ihrer Gäste interessiert. Die Umgebung mit ihren vielen Buchten und der Insel La Maddalena war wunderschön und auch das Gebirge war nicht weit, so dass wir nicht nur baden konnten, sondern auch wandern waren. Wir bekamen von Valeria viele Tipps für gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Was soll ich viel schreiben - es war toll und wir kommen wieder!

Jessica hat uns die Unterkunft glücklicherweise sehr kurzfristig vermietet und einen Check-In keine 10 Minuten später ermöglicht und uns damit den Tag gerettet! Wir haben eine Einführung und ganz viele Tipps von ihr bekommen. Das Appartement entspricht haargenau den Bildern und ist so schön und warm eingerichtet, dass wir uns wirklich „Like @ Home“ gefühlt haben. Die Badezimmer sind super, es gibt viele Handtücher, sogar extra welche für den Pool und Strand. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Wohnzimmer ist so gemütlich! Wir hatten einen rundherum schönen Aufenthalt und wären gern länger geblieben, aber leider ging unser Flug nach 2 Tagen. Im Sommer ist der Außenbereich mit den Pools sicherlich traumhaft, jetzt war das Wasser etwas kalt, aber die Kinder hat es nicht gestört. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter und hoffen auf eine Rückkehr ins schöne Palau☺️

Great location and apartment..stunning view of the sea from the terrace. The apartment has everything you would need. Just to note we stayed at the end of the season (mid October) and most of the restaurants and bars were already closed in Baja.

What a truly wonderful home to make your own and enjoy Palau and surrounding areas.We had a fantastic time and Sara’s responsiveness and kindness was fantastic from beginning to end.We cannot recommend this place and area enough!

We had a wonderful stay at Pietro's apartment. The pictures on the website do not do justice to the actual beauty and location - the location and views of the flat are gorgeous, right on the beach with unobstructed views of the beach and pool. The flat and its kitchen are well equipped. The residence has a wonderful private beach - even though it is rocky, we used it daily with the kids. It is a stretch of approx. 600m with lots of beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the residence. And there are sandy beaches near by. You can reach Porto Rotondo by foot in about 15min or take the free shuttle bus which also solves the challenge of finding parking in the village. Two things prospective renters should know: the flat is rather smallish, which means your family must be able to manage space well; and, the stairs up to the attic are very steep and narrow. This was no problem for our kids, but some adults may find it difficult. All in all - highly recommended!!!

Die Kommunikation mit Michele ist bestens und vor Ort steht Paolo zur Verfügung. Das Haus befindet sich in sehr angenehmer, ruhiger und gepflegter Umgebung. Es ist gut ausgestattet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Eine sehr gepflegte Poolanlage mit ausreichend Liegen ist in ca. 2 min erreichbar und eine wunderschöne Badebucht erreicht man über einen kleinen Weg in ca. 5 Minuten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Det har været pragtfuldt sted. Der er tænkt på alt, for at gøre opholdet rart og dejligt. Det er de små ting der tæller.

Myself, my wife and our 2 daughters (13 & 5) had a great week here. Hiring a car made getting to Palau easy enough and the property was exactly as we expected it. Quite close to the ferry dock so a little bit of traffic and noise but nothing to be concerned about, the main plus and the reason we chose this property was that all the bars and restaurants Palau had to offer were within easy walking distance. This meant we could be out and about seeing the sights and beautiful beaches of Sardinia in the day and relax at night without having to drive. Sylvia and Francesco (El Capitan) were great hosts and arranged a day trip on their boat for us on one of the days. I think others have put it on their reviews and I would confirm that this is definitely a highlight of the holiday for us. Getting on the ocean and seeing the beautiful islands and swimming in the sea was incredible, and so much nicer than being on a large commercial boat. Overall, great holiday, great location & great hosts

Alles war bestens. Der Blick von den beiden Terrassen auf das Maddalena Archipel bis rüber nach Korsika wunderschön. Das Haus ist gut erreichbar, nach Palau kann man prima zu Fuß gelangen. Man findet dort alles, stündlich fährt eine Fähre nach La Maddalena, unbedingt besuchen. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend. Wir haben von hier aus den ganzen Norden Sardinien's erkundet. Der kleine Haus-Strand ist kaum 100m entfernt und echt nett. Man kann dort sehr schön spazieren gehen. Maria Luisa blieb immer mit uns in Kontakt und war bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar. Auch Irene, die sich um das Objekt kümmert hat uns mit wertvollen Tipps den Aufenthalt verschönt. Wir haben unsere 15 Tage hier sehr genossen und haben keine Bedenken wieder hierher zu kommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Matteos wunderschönem Haus. Wir waren mit zwei Familien dort, hatten getrennte Bereiche. Die Terrasse ist toll! Es war alles da, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus befindet sich in einem privaten, bewachten Park. Zum Park gehören schöne kleine Strände mit beeindruckenden Felsen. Ein kleiner Laden für den täglichen Bedarf befindet sich auch im Park. Um essen zu gehen oder größer einzukaufen muss man mobil sein. Es befindet sich kein Ort fußläufig. Matteo stand uns bei Fragen stets per Handykommunikation zur Verfügung. Er hat sich sehr um unser Wohlergehen bemüht und ist sehr freundlich. Wir empfehlen einen Aufenthalt in seinem Haus gerne weiter!

This is an incredible home. The house is uniquely designed and extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are very private from one another. But what makes this home so remarkable is the location. The view is expansive and breathtaking. There are so many gorgeous places to swim all around, either from the giant (and beautiful) rocks and from the nearby beaches. The beach that is about an 8 minute walk through a wooded trail is a truly magical beach, wonderful "big" sand and shells. There are good places to eat and markets a short (3-6 minutes) drive away in the hotel complexes nearby, or go into Palau, which is about a 15 minute drive and has lots to offer in terms of restaurants and shopping.

Mega tolle Wohnung. Wir waren begeistert. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Direkt am Strand gelegen. Wir haben unsere nächste Unterkunft storniert und den Aufenthalt verlängert. Wir nannten es Peter Pan Haus. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Einzige Kritikpunkte sind: kein Wlan, viele private Gegenstände vom Gastgeber vor Ort und untransparente Preispolitik. Es wird nicht wie bei anderen Airbnbs pro Appartment verrechnet sondern pro Gast. Ansonsten die Wohnung der Hammer!

I can recommend this apartment. It features a beautiful view on Corsica and a cosy garden. Kitchen is well equipped, and bathroom is clean and comfortable. Projector in the bedroom is a great feature for chilling out in the evening.

Splendido appartamento in posizione fantastica Appartamento sempre fresco con possibilità di usare aria condizionata (rimane fresco comunque anche senza) posto macchina molto comodo che per Porto Rotondo è fondamentale. L appartamento si trova in una delle zone più tranquille di Porto Rotondo ed è molto vicino sia al centro del paese sia alla spiaggia Ira (sicuramente la più bella di Porto Rotondo). Veranda ottima per pranzo e cena in tranquillità. Elena è stata disponibilissima, gentilissima e sempre puntuale nelle comunicazioni … consigliatissimo
