Great stay at Julie’s place. Responsive and quick replies throughout. Lots of lovely touches within the accommodation which made us all feel at home (the toybox for our toddler was great!). Would definitely stay again.

excellent location, right in the heart of everything you may need , restaurants,pubs,family entertainment. Also train station just around the corner for trips further afield such as Liverpool and the Gormley art installation at Crosby. Everything you may need is provided at the property, felt very much like home from home. Even down to the fact that the colour scheme employed inside matches the colour that I have just spent a week decorating at home

Really comfortable apartment in a fabulous and quiet location. Easy walk to high street with a great variety of bars cafes restaurants and shops. Easy walk to the promenade with stunning views over the estuary. Ideally placed for Fairhaven golf club - the reason for our visit. Was really taken with Lytham - lovely feel and thanks to David for a very well equipped apartment

What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

This was a repeat visit. The accomodation is very homely. Kitchen is well equipped and nice little touches like tea, coffee and milk were provided. Buses are reliable, for a small village the local shops etc are very good. The only thing missing was the Fleetwood ferry, not running this time of year. We have enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend to others.

Apartment was superb. 2 lovely bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice kitchen and living area. Air con was a nice touch. Nice gestures of milk, crumpets, tea, coffee etc available on arrival. The only issues I had were the following. The surrounding streets of the flats are starting to look a bit run down. Similar to alot of town centres so it’s nothing personal. Being that close to town is also a positive to this Airbnb. Car parking was a little bit of fun and games. You get a dedicated parking spot but most days there was someone else in it! Although the owners arranged for me to park in another bay almost instantly each time so it wasn’t too stressful. Plus this wasn’t the owners fault. The bay is clearly marked and private but some people just don’t care I guess. And finally the lift wasn’t working so having to walk 4 flights of stairs each time was painful. Although again this wasn’t the owners fault. Hence why I have given 5 stars. Would definitely stay here again if I was working local.

Loved staying here, it was so central, with super easy access to the Winter Gardens, as well as the Tower and all the close Blackpool attractions. We could also see the tower at night from the longe windows, just stunning! Lovely and warm and cosy too. If you are looking for somewhere incredibly central, this is the place!

Large house in a quiet location , ideal for family gathering . Kitchen was well equipped which made catering easy . No camp cot or high chair but we bought our own . Thankyou

Had a few days break here over Easter. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and in a fantastic quiet location. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was more than a house it was a home to enjoy your break or holiday in. And that was the stand out difference with this property. It felt homely and clean with all your needs catered for plus it introduce us to St. Annes by the Sea with its beaches and facilities without losing its quaint seaside feel. This house had wonderful views of the park to the rear and easy access to shops, restaurants and golden sands. We are not a great family for returning to the same places, but on the way home the question was asked if we would go back and we all said "yes"

Awesome spot just away from the promenade. Safe area and easy to get to. We used it as a base for the Blackpool marathon and was perfect for all we needed 👍🏻

Really good place to stay in central Blackpool, 10 minutes walk to the Winter Gardens. Large property with 2 bedrooms upstairs and bathroom, kitchen with table/chairs and living rooms downstairs. Comfortable sofas and beds. Very clean. Nigel was great. Got in touch before our stay and told us exactly when we'd get the key code and with helpful information throughout. Would definitely return.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful house. It was so quiet despite walking distance to Blackpool tower. Everything you would need and more. Large and spacious house. Lovely and clean throughout. The only small detail that could be improved would be to add more plates and dishes. Otherwise perfect. In fact one person in our group is looking to book it again for another holiday. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

If you're looking at this, don't hesitate, get it booked! The photos were spot on, just as you expect the house to be but then the 'feeling' once inside the home enhances what you are expecting. A seriously lovely comfortable, spacious and quiet home. and a very short stroll to the local shops/town/beach. Outdoor space - A-mazing! Cleanliness? Let's put it this way, it was my first AirBnB experience and risked taking my folks who are a little fussy when it comes to other peoples' things. Straight away I knew I didn't need to worry about cleanliness of the bed linen and towels, you could smell the laundry on them and after 2 nights in a sleeping bag, mum was more than happy to sleep in the provided bedding because she knew it was sound. I wouldn't consider anywhere else when returning here to stay. Oh, and a great washing line to dry the towels daily. Thank you Phil, you've got this nailed! PS - only tried the chippy on the first night but a great supper!

We went for one night and within an hour of being there we were already discussing coming again for longer, the apartment was absolutely lovely everything was clean and tidy it looked even better than the photos. Outdoors was larger than expected with hot tub ready to go on arrival a barbecue area, comfy outdoor seating and sun loungers. We were disappointed we didn’t have enough time to utilise everything but the hot tub was brilliant and we really enjoyed our stay thank you very much!!

Fantastic stay! The apartment was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host provided clear and detailed instructions, making check-in and our entire stay seamless. The location was great. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

My wife and I found the st Anne's beach apartments a welcome surprise during an extremely wet June. It's located right on the promenade, within easy walking distance of St Anne's. The ground floor unit we stayed in was bright and spacious plus well furnished and clean. Our host left us with a bottle of wine, and some delicious treats (we loved the cake) Well worth a stay, thank you Stuart!

Lovely peaceful place, perfect for exploring the local area. The cottage was great and had everything I needed. Margaret even left a pint of milk on the doorstep for when I arrived. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family 😊

Wow! Talk about exceeding expectations!!!! This flat was as described, but words fall short of just how beautiful a place this is. Well-appointed and fully kitted out kitchen, squeaky clean rooms, bright and cheery ... I could go on, but don't want to spoil your experience. Yes, we would stay here again. Happily.

The apartment is very well equipped with excellent heating which was just as well as it reached freezing over New Year. It is quiet and comfy, so we slept well. We did have a little trouble with hot water not being quite hot enough but it was ok. There was always parking on the front
