We were at Hidden Cove (David's place) for one night to decompress from a weekend "conference." The space was perfect. The patio area was a particular blessing - beautiful, comfortable, peaceful. When we left on Monday morning, I realized after about 15 minutes that I'd left my purse (!!) in the apartment. I texted David and we headed back. What a relief when we came up the drive and there was my purse and knitting bag waiting for me on the step. Whew!! David was there and we had a delightful chat before setting off down the road again. :-). Thank you, David.

We had everything we needed for a three day stay while moving our daughter out of her sorority at Brenau! It was fine with Nishat that I used the washer/dryer for some throw rugs and towels of our daughter's which needed laundering before taking to our storage unit, and she even offered to let us double up using her washer, which wasn't necessary, but very thoughtful. She also was willing to have the unit ready early when I messaged her I wasn't feeling well, also ultimately not needed, but again, very thoughtful. Well stocked! We enjoyed the living room with many screened windows overlooking a beautiful and private back yard (you can turn off the air exchange to open the windows for fresh air without running the heat or ac), and we enjoyed the covered porch for morning coffee and pizza for dinner. The landscaping and neighborhood is upscale and gorgeous, but the unit is a bit dated. If you are a larger, plus size or very tall person, the bathroom and shower would be quite snug.

Darlene’s place was the perfect getaway for me and my girlfriend. Such a beautiful piece of land with cute, friendly animals. Getting to explore the land, the barn, etc. was an amazing gesture by the kind host. Thank you so much Ms. Darlene! 10/10 would recommend.

We loved our stay at the Dahl house. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The whole house was pristine and updated. We enjoyed the front porch, and the back porch was quiet and peaceful. We would not hesitate to stay at the Dahl House again. Historic Dahlonega was a quick walk or drive, so we were close to everything.

I have spent the last 4 years traveling back and forth to Dahlonega. This Air BNB is hands down the best I stayed at in all the years. I wish I had found it sooner. I felt so safe the entire stay which speaks volumes when traveling. The home was clean, roomy, and perfect for our weekend. The location is excellent and just minutes to all the places. Matt the host is amazing and communicates great. If you are looking for somewhere to stay - HANDS down top pick. I will miss our years in Dahlonega. For all you new parents of University of North Georgia students - if you need an Air BNB - this is the one!

This place was wonderful. My husband and I went for a getaway. It was great for the 2 of us but would have been awesome for our kids as well. There were a lot of thoughtful extras. Bottled water in the refrigerator, snacks, chocolate, coffee, hot chocolate, s'more pokers, quality shampoor/conditionert/soaps, make up remover, plenty of towels and blankets. The surroundings were so tranquil and relaxing. We use Air BnB regularly and this one was really remarkable. We could have found things to do in the area but we were really just happy hanging out at the house.

This was a great place to stay! We wanted something quiet with beautiful mountain scenery and this definitely met the challenge! It was also conveniently only a few minutes from the adorable downtown where there were shops, wine tastings, and places to eat. The house was well appointed and clean and the outside fireplace area and hot tub were a bonus! We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing location and peaceful scenery! The house is nicer in person than in the pictures and extra bonus, there were plenty of games to play to include foosball,air hockey, and cornhole. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Awanasa! The cabin was beautiful! Loved all the decorations and how spread out the rooms felt. The tire swing was a big hit with my kids. They also loved playing in the creek. We saw some wildlife in the fields, which my kids also loved. My parents also joined us on this trip. They loved the firepit at night with the string lights. The upstairs room did get a little warm but the kids didn't complain. LOVED the expresso machine and how well the kitchen was equipped. Also loved that we didn't have to bring any bottled water as the water from the well was nice, fresh and cold. We ate dinner together in the formal dining room each night. Anthony was quick to respond with any questions we had. Overall, It was a nice and relaxing trip. The only thing that would make this cabin better would be a hot tub! :) Thank you Anthony and Catherine!

Overall great experience. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is nice. The house location is perfect. We went hiking on the AT and explored downtown Dahlonega. We were also close to a winery, but didn’t get a chance to go. Overall pleased with our experience.

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was plenty of room for our family of 5. The game room was awesome and the kids enjoyed it very much. It's in a beautiful location with great views! The hot tub was huge and had the best curtains around it for privacy. We would definitely visit again!

By far one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in, and we travel often. Very cozy, comfy, and luxurious. The host goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything needed for an enjoyable stay. I love that there are nice fluffy blankets to use while lounging around. The bed is to die for, and the shower is heaven. We enjoyed being able to bring our fur baby with us and it was so nice to be in walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend staying here! We will be back!

This is a nice little house in the woods that is perfect for a getaway with a partner. The location was private, and there was a local store down the road if you needed anything else. Really nice kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Only complaint is the water smelled a little off (latexy), but I’m sure that’s just an issue with getting water to the location that’s out of their control. Other than that it was a great little getaway for the weekend and I highly recommend.

The condo was perfect! Host responded to messages within just a few minutes. Perfect location in the downtown area. Very clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay again!!

This spot was amazing to stay in and we would absolutely visit again. Close enough to downtown to have fun but far enough away that you felt like you had a private space in the woods. The upstairs swing was pure bliss with a cozy, fluffy blanket on a brisk morning. The only real issue we ran into during our stay was with parking. The garage only fits 2 cars comfortably and we had 3. The person with the most reliable E brake gets the hill! Also, bring your own toiletries. They weren't provided and the local store is a little pricey.

We enjoyed everything about the stay. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything in Helen. I really liked the seasonal fireplace and how clean and cozy the condo was. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This was our 2nd time staying at William’s condo. Perfect location, beautiful, and had many comforts of home. This condo does not disappoint! The host(s) were great in their communication with us and responsive to our messages. We will definitely be back!!
