Lucca: aluguel por temporada em lofts

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Luca's place in Lido di Camaiore. The apartment is spacious and comfortable - 4 bedrooms each with it's own bathroom, large well-appointed kitchen and living/dining area, plus a second floor with workout area, private laundry room and large sunroom/deck overlooking the ocean. The building is directly across the street from the beach promenade lined with restaurants and beach clubs. Every day we'd walk across the street, rent a cabana/tent at one of the beach clubs and spend the day at the beach, before going back to change to walk to one of the many restaurants for dinner and gelato. Things I found especially great: - the air conditioning in the apartment is excellent! July in Italy is HOT and the apartment A/C worked wonderfully to keep the apartment cool after a long day at the beach. - Luca is incredibly responsive, both before and during our trip. He always responded quickly and with whatever info we needed. We will definitely be back!

We loved Patrizio’s cottage. It is very cosy and has been renovated very well. It was the perfect place for us (2 people, 2 dogs). The kitchen was our favourite spot and the interior in the bedroom is very cool. The garden is great and the hot tub is a nice addition. The surrounding area is very nice and peaceful. The vineyards are beautiful. One evening we took a stroll up the hill to the nearby vineyard which was nice. Patrizio is super friendly and very responsive and we kept in touch throughout our stay, with him providing great recommendations. He also came to say hello and show us around the cottage during check-in. It’s a good base for day trips - we did Pisa, Lucca and San Gimignano - all of which were under an hours drive. He also recommended visiting his golf club for a small fee - they had a nice pool with beautiful views that we used one morning. We would highly recommend Patrizio and his place!

Ein toller Urlaub in einer super Unterkunft. Die Lage mit dem privaten Strandzugang ist besonders hervorzuheben. Wenn man mal nicht in das Meer möchte, dient die Wohnung als idealer Startpunkt für zahlreiche Aktivitäten, z.B. eine Fahrt nach Pisa oder Lucca. In der Wohnung ist alles für den Alltag vorhanden. Das Auto kann sicher abgestellt werden. Alessandro ist ein sehr freundlicher und geduldiger Gastgeber, der sich in jeder Situation hilfsbereit zeigt. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Eine tolle, preiswerte und wunderschöne Wohnung in Livorno. Es hat alles super geklappt und war sehr unkompliziert. Würde sofort wieder buchen :)

Sergio and his neighbor Fabiano are very sweet and accommodating hosts! Sergio’s beautiful loft in Isolotto is cozy and perfectly located outside of the bustle of central Florence. Parklike and walkable Isolotto is a safe and cozy setting and has a life of its own into which I enjoyed integrating for 3 weeks, amongst the families, neighborhood cats, sweet cafes and markets. Central Florence is easy to access by tram (10 minutes from loft), foot (about a mile), several bus lines, or taxi. I chose to walk two blocks to the Arno River and grabbed a bike share through the park and took a very bikeable route all the way to the Ponte Vecchio. Upon returning from a busy day of museums, shopping, wine tours, and cooking classes, I enjoyed my afternoon spritz at the cafe at the end of the block. My remote work days and sleep were uninterrupted and peaceful. I will remember this Airbnb stay above all others!

Lucia’ apartment is fantastic with stunning views of the harbour. Lucia is also a great host and gave us some brilliant local recommendations for days out, nice restaurants and beeches. We had a great week and will come back again!

We loved this place! It was so private and peaceful with a great view. It got lots of sunlight during the afternoon and had everything we needed. The bed was a little hard but not too bad. Host is so friendly and communicative! There’s not a lot nearby but the bus stop is just a 5 minute walk

Host molto reattivo. Abbiamo avuto qualche piccolo Inconveniente ma risolto alla perfezione e con estrema gentilezza. Consigliato l’alloggio soprattutto per la vicinanza alla spiaggia ed al centro pedonale. Divano letto in sala adatto a bambini.

This is our third time saying in one of Ann’s stays. We always appreciated the comfort and flexibility.

What an absolute gem of a find, great location near the train station, local cafes and restaurants are at walking distance. Place had a blend of traditional and Modern touches, with every you need. Madaline was a super host and brought me coffee when she came to top up the coffee pods. Such a nice touch. Highly recommended and defo will stay again.

Séjour parfait avec la vue des levées de soleil au dessus des collines chaque matin Loft bien climatisé malgré des températures supérieures à 35 degrés Accès en 15 mn de voiture aux plages de Viareggio et 30 mn de celles de forte dei marmi. Pour les amateurs d’opéra , à 15 mn de Torre del Lago Puccini ( programme estival splendide) 30 minutes de Lucques ( magnifique), de Pise, de carrare Idéal pour la région de Versiglia

Paolo e Christine sono stati gentilissimi e più che disponibili dal primo momento. Tutto promosso a pieni voti. Abbiamo passato due giorni in totale relax immersi nella natura. L'appartamento è accogliente e molto, molto confortevole, non abbiamo avuto necessità di nulla. Il centro del paese si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti e nei dintorni ci sono diversi percorsi per fare escursioni. Noi siamo arrivati con mezzi pubblici e ci è stato gentilmente offerto un passaggio per raggiungere il percorso verso il monte Verruca (imperdibile). In conclusione, consigliatissimo! Ringraziamo di cuore.

Tolles Haus in traumhafter Lage – der Pool ist außergewöhnlich schön, so einen haben wir noch nie gesehen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Great place to stay in Florence, about a 20 min walk to the Duomo but there is a tram and bus station nearby which we took advantage of. The place was very spacious, clean and well stocked. Host very accommodating letting us check in early. Would definitely recommend it.
