Bill was the most gracious, proactive host. We loved the house and he communicated with us throughout the process. The only 2 things we didn't love was the really windy, narrow road. And we expected a huge walkable garden which definitely wasn't the case. Its on a steep hill with no walkable garden. The upstairs balcony has great views and so do most all the rooms. Great home. Great host.

Abril was a great host - always super responsive and the place was exactly as described in the listing. Anything we raised with her - she addressed it quite quickly and in a very friendly manner. The house was nice, safe and a beautiful place to live in. I would rent with her again.

There are so many good things to be said about this place - and Bolinas in general - but only 900 characters to do so. We’ve booked this place because of we thought our 4 year old daughter would love the treehouse. And she did. It is really magical. In a way that I wished I would be smaller and could spend the night there. Francesca was not just a super responsive host - but such a lovely, kind neighbour. One you wished you had in real life. And Bolinas is an amazing, beautiful, quirky place. And everybody who comes here has to go to the Coffee Kiosk who has the best pastries I’ve had in a long time. Even my wife who is a pastry chef was blown away. But get there before 10am or they are sold out. Oh, and what I’ve forgotten: the way to Bolinas is also fantastic (a little bit windy maybe) but you will have great views! Thank you Francesca. Thank you Bolinas (even though I’m quite sure they don’t like that someone praise their town so even more people come:)

We were stuck when our rental property on another booking site was not habitable and we found Will's place and it was available. It was exceptionally clean and quiet and had a lovely, private backyard sitting area which was beautifully landscaped. Great master bedroom with views, huge bathroom and massive walk-in closet - all squeaky clean with plenty of towels. Will's house is very private despite being in a cul-de-sac and is not overlooked by any house. It was a very bright and sunlit house and we really enjoyed our time there.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

Chris goes above and beyond! Her place is beautifully decorated, so clean and she really thought of EVERY amenity and then some! Even facial tissue which so few AirBnB hosts include but is so important for this of us with bad allergies. She had complimentary snacks, filtered water, complimentary drinks, extra towels, bathrobes, and SO much more! This is such the perfect getaway and we were so grateful for her wonderful suggestions, too. HIGHLY recommend staying here!

My family enjoyed staying at Rita’s place, we felt right at home. The surroundings were beautiful. I highly recommend this place.
