ATTENTION: Our home is over 3500 square feet located on a 21 acre parcel. If you are looking for a quiet, private location, this is it! The home is nestled in the back of a pasture flanked by wooded areas on both sides and a barn located near the front entrance. The property includes plenty of outdoor parking. Hard to justify with any one photo. The property is spacious and includes an attached indoor heated pool and Pickle Ball/Sport court. A charming, picturesque place for all to enjoy.

Hilltop Suite, Quiet Street

The suite has its own entrance in the back of the house and onsite parking in the driveway. You are in your own PRIVATE area that does not join with my living area in any way; we likely will never meet. The space is very updated and clean. Amenities include your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove and fridge, a small dining table, a couch, and a comfy queen bed. It’s approximately 15 mins to all main universities, the city center & all of the sports arenas.

You have use of the entire farm during your stay. Located about 45 minutes south-east of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania's beautiful Laurel Highlands, there is lots to see and do both on site and nearby. Private and comfortable, clean and convenient to many locations in Pittsburgh. Only 20minutes to the city, and stadiums. The cost you see per night is for 2 guests. Added adults (18 and over) are $25.00/adult/day. Children under 18 are $10.00/child/day. Children under 2 are free. Dogs are $10.00/day. I will collect that later.

We keep our home clean, organized and stocked with essentials. The beds, pillows and sheets are new and comfortable. Parking is plentiful and easy!
