Excellent walks and cycle routes in the area, a wealth of wildlife around, curious sheep that come to the fence and views looking over to Morecambe Bay and the Lakeland Fells. There are lots of fantastic eateries nearby. 20 mins from M6 Junction 34.

Situated on a private cul-de-sac in Low Bentham a popular rural village, Quill is a semi-detached property set in a quiet location of North Yorkshire, ideally positioned to discover the delights of the Yorkshire Dales, providing the perfect location for walkers to explore the Three Peaks, Ingleton Falls, Forest of Bowland and within easy access to the Lake District and west coast. With off street parking for 2-3 cars, enclosed garden to the rear of the property which over looks common land.

Apple tree cottage has recently been refurbished with modern interiors and super fast broadband. A self catering cottage with its own small garden and driveway, set in bucolic countryside. Able to accommodate 3 guests (3rd guest with an additional charge) with a unique 'reading nook' which can be made into a small single bed for a young child. Walks from the village allow you to saunter along the banks of the river lune or through the picturesque Burton and Lawson woods belonging to the woodlands trust often known as Aughton woods. Aughton also has an beautiful old village church going back to 1864 and a recreation hall and children's play area.
