There is an abundance of bird life for birding enthusiasts and a tranquil setting in which to relax whilst enjoying the sound of the Nkonka Falls directly below the property. A 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive will take you to the swimming beach and nearby grocery shops, take-aways and restaurants. Located in a quiet, access controlled cul de sac this upstairs maisonette has spectacular views from the outside deck. This is an upstairs unit above the main house, with 13 steps walk up access. The private entrance with allocated parking, gives you privacy and peace of mind. The ensuite bathroom has access to a very spacious and comfortable bedroom with a queen sized bed. There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.

There is a basic daily service, excluding dishes, but a dishwasher is provided. The apartment is managed by the Polo Pony Engen, so you can order from Woolworths, the Quickshop or Steers.

The Cabin can only be accessed via walking stairs (100 to be exact).
