This living space is a comfortable home from home, with large bi-fold doors at the front, which offer you the chance sit back and enjoy the abundance of wildlife that visit the waterside location. This strawbale lodge really gives you the freedom to connect with nature and make precious memories, surrounded by grassy fields, birdsong on the breeze and the distant blink of a lighthouse – absolute peace.

Unique Garden Centre Country Cottage - sleeps 6

Welcome to Lakeview House - set in the grounds of an old garden centre not far from Cortes Loch, recently renovated with a lovely private garden with tree house, mini BBQ and deck area, summer house, woodland walk with stream, greenhouse and field. Enjoy a cosy log fire by the wood-burning stove while luxury duck feather and down duvets keep you warm at night. Close to beaches, golf courses, museums, nature reserves and the castle and whisky trail situated directly on the NE250 driving route.

Bell View Cottage

This unique place has a style all its own. Small but open space detached cottage in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Gardenstown. Bell View offers a quiet get away in a comfortable space only newly renovated in 2023/24. All your home comforts under one roof. One double room with the option of another double within the front room if 4 guests were to stay. A modern kitchen and shower room. Tv, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher and even a small garden also provided within this space.

The property is double glazed with underfloor heating throughout, has 2 en-suite bedrooms both with double beds & a bathroom with a shower. There’s a living room / kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, & tv. It also has a convertible sofa chair / bed which can be used for the 5th guest. All bedding, towels & a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits & toiletries come as standard. There’s free WiFi throughout & plenty parking in the courtyard area outside.

Quiet Quaint Quirky Cottage. A little semidetached cottage with cosy log burner and rear courtyard with seating. Lovely spot at edge of village with dog walks on doorstep. Local amenities include shops and PO, pharmacy, choice of three takeaways and pub (no food). Brilliant location for exploring the Moray coast and North Aberdeenshire. A short drive to some of the most stunning coastline, Beaches, Sea caves, Lighthouses, Castles, Fishing Villages, Cliff walks, Birdwatching, Wildlife.

This unique place has a style all its own. Dating from the 1750s Georgian property. Newly renovated and furnished. Vaulted ceiling in the living room and very stylish bathroom. Living room has LED mood lighting. Also there's a jukebox. The bedrooms can be 2 king sized beds or 1 king and 2 singles. Communal veranda on the first floor (shared with my other Airbnb). Wifi. Everything you can need for your stay. Very central location, with takeaways, restaurants and great local pub nearby.

Enjoy the beautiful, ever-changing views from your coastal town hideaway over Banff harbour and bay and across to Macduff. Chill out on the windowseat and just watch the waves roll in. Fresh milk, bread and a few treats await in the welcome pack. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is lots of hot water for a relaxing bath or shower. There are books, games, fast broadband and Netflix. A short stroll takes you to your choice of two fantastic sandy beaches or in to historic Banff.

Door to the Shore is a modern day equivalent of a Bothy made from upturned boats used by fisherfolk as housing, situated 2 meteres from the slipway into this ancient harbour in Pitullie named Craighaven harbour. It is a luxurious Eco Pod crafted in the style of an upturned boat made from Larch Wood. It has underfloor heating, , a wetroom, smart tv, wifi, surround sound, wireless phone charger and iPhone docking station, kitchenette and contains the finest in bedding and appliances.

Banff sports centre/swimming pool is a 5min walk, Duff House Royal Golf Club and Duff House /Grounds is a 15min walk.

The Garden Bothy is our warm and cosy couple's retreat. Situated in a quiet corner the of the estate next to the Walled Garden it is an ideal place to hideaway for some peace and quiet and to enjoy the lovely walks around the estate. It is a stones throw from Garden Cottage, our other property which can also be booked if you want to bring company on holiday but have your own space too.
