Fabulous location with great cafe across the road, playground next door and the village shops around the corner. Place was nicely appointed with comfortable beds. Donna was v responsive and provided great suggestions of places to visit.

Mon’s Dolls house is a super home away from home. It had all the amenities you could desire while on holiday. The beds were extremely comfortable with high quality bed linen. The second bedroom had lovely toys that kept my granddaughter busy when she visited us. The garden was a lovely setting for many family barbecues. Lilly our moodle loved the garden & the provided dog toys. Would highly recommended Mon’s Dolls House both for value for money & as a great location for Newcastles beaches, Restaurants and walks. Can’t wait to stay again.

Our stay was great, the location is perfect, close to the park, short drive to main restaurants, shops and cafes. Laura was friendly and helpful.

We love spending time beach time, we have made it an annual holiday tradition! Geoff and Kellie do an amazing job and the house is beautiful! It’s a home away from home and you feel safe visiting with your dogs. We hate leaving and count down the days till we are back again.

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

A lovely place in a beautiful location, very close to the beach. The swimming pool and private garden is what makes this place. Small and compact studio pool house that was clean and tidy and suited the 2 of us who stayed. If you like to cook and there were more than 2 of you, I think it would be a stretch. Would definitely stay again.

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

My family along with 2 other families stayed during the Easter break. The stay was pleasant as it was very spacious, comfortable and quiet with lots of things to do and enjoy. Most importantly, our kids enjoyed swimming, playing pool and ping pong. If there is another chance, we’ll definitely rebook this place. Sarah was also very responsive and made it easy to check in. Victoria was a wonderful host and the location was perfect. so peaceful and just what I was looking for. There was easy access to the mountain for a bush walk and spectacular views of the bay. The unit was equipped with everything we needed. would recommend for a peaceful stay.

The place was nice, clean and has everything that you will need. Our stay was relaxing indeed, very convienient location, just need to walk going to the beach and the restaurants.

We had a great time at Stephen's place! The pool provides great entertainment, the place was immaculate, versatile and convenient and Stephen was very responsive when we had questions. We loved the touch of music in the media room!

We loved staying at Shauna's place in Spencer. A lovely secluded house and cabin in Breakfast creek. the house is expansive and cosy with plentiful amenities. We loved feeding and petting the beautiful horses as well - Molly was definitely the most inquisitive ❤️

The perfect place if you are looking to unwind and have the most relaxing time. Very modern and beautiful. It comes with everything you need if planning your work remotely for a couple of days. This is the second time I’ve stayed and it was fabulous. DiMarco is very responsive to any questions and is close by to pop around and sort out any issues which is fantastic. It is very quiet and a short drive to great cafes and restaurants. I love being able to have my dog with me and it’s an easy walk to the bay nearby which is dog friendly. Or a short drive to the dog friendly off leash beach at Ettalong. The cafes and shops are also dog friendly. The Palm Beach ferry is also close by if you want a day trip. I’ll definitely be back.

Yantra has a beautiful house and a lovely properly. It was a wonderful stay, so peaceful. I would definitely come back! Communication was great and the environment was so welcoming.

The house was incredibly spacious and had so many great amenities for us to enjoy. It was located in a peaceful and secluded area, making it the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing getaway. So glad we got to experience it!

We found Simon's place to be clean, tidy and all necessary amenities were provided. When required he replied to my questions promptly and was very obliging. Our elderly furry baby was also very happy in the small, fenced yard. The beds and lounge were very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs accommodation in Newcastle at a reasonable price and within good distance to the city.

We had the most wonderful stay at Susan’s property. Susan communicated everything we required in the lead up to our stay, was extremely welcoming and left generous provisions, including delicious local sourdough, that made us feel right at home. The property was perfectly located and we can’t wait to return. Thank you for a fabulous break!
