Lomma är ett välmående samhälle med perfekt läge vid havet, 10 km från Lund och 10 km från Malmö. Här finns härliga promenadstråk utmed havet eller i de närliggande parkerna vid Alnarps lantbrukshögskola. Närheten till Lund, Malmö och Köpenhamn gör att det alltid finns tillgång till kultur och shopping av världsklass. Huset är från 1913 men renoverat under 2016 med bibehållen charm. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
