Livno: aluguel por temporada com lavadora e secadora

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Katy bzw. Ihrem Mann hat super geklappt. Man hat sehr schnell Rückmeldung bekommen. Die Lage war super. Man musste nur über die Straße gehen und war direkt an einem sehr schönem Strand. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet alles was nötig ist.

Abbiamo fatto dieci giorni di vacanza in Croazia, soggiornando in questa meravigliosa casa! tutto come nelle foto, l' appartamento ha tutto ciò che è necessario e noi l'abbiamo trovato estremamente pulito al nostro arrivo. La casa è in una posizione molto tranquilla e con un paesaggio mozzafiato. Per scendere alla spiaggia bisogna percorrere una strada in discesa (incontrando anche un piccolo market con i beni di prima necessità). La spiaggia è di sassi il mare splendido, con un piccolo baretto aperto fino a sera. Spostandosi si trovano altre spiaggie e bar. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo e risponde molto in fretta. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con due bambini (5 e 1 anno) e da uno a dieci ci siamo trovati bene deci. Soddisfatti della scelta fatta!

Prožili jsme zde nádhernou dovolenou. ❤️Museli jsme u moře strávit aspoň 14 dní kvůli synovu ekzému a bylo pro nás opravdu důležité, abychom měli příjemné zázemí a toto ubytování vše splňovalo na 1*❤️ S našimi dětmi ( 5 let a 1,5 roku) jsme se zde cítili jako doma. Po našem příjezdu nás přivítal Dragan, vše bylo opravdu super čisté, uklizené a v lednici na nás dokonce čekala vychlazená voda i džus, to byl moc příjemný bonus. Večer je opravdu příjemné posedět si na zahrádce, syn spoustu času trávil v houpací síti.:)) K pláži je to s kočárkem hezká procházka cca 10 minut a během ní jsme si užívali krásné výhledy na moře. Hostitelé byli úžasní, pan Dragan se o vše opravdu pečlivě staral a jeho úžasná žena Vesna mi opravdu pomohla, když pro syna sehnala brokolici🙏 jako multialergik má omezený jídelníček, takže mi to vytrhlo trn z paty. Dokonce jsme měli tu čest od Vesny ochutnat její koláč a dezert a oboje bylo výborné. Za vše mnohokrát děkujeme a rádi se zase někdy vrátíme❤️

We wish we could give it 10 stars. The location was excellent being next to the water, plus a number of nice coves nearby and a short stroll in the town for dinner and gelato. Postira is a sweet village which feels less touristy. Ljubo was friendly, responsive and helpful.

We have been to the area a few times and Marijan’s place was the best accommodation we have stayed in so far. Modern clean, minimalistic, practical and close enough to walk to all amenities, restaurants and beach. We would defiantly stay here again.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet, was das Kochen zu einem Vergnügen gemacht hat. Zusätzlich hat uns die Gastgeberin Essen und Trinken zur Verfügung gestellt, was eine sehr angenehme Überraschung war. Der große, private Pool war ein Highlight – mit Dusche, 5 Liegen und einer tollen Lounge mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile, inklusive Kaffeemaschine. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren ausreichend für alle Gäste vorhanden und es gab sogar Waschmittel für Spül- und Waschmaschine. Alles war genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür war super praktisch. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich, fragte regelmäßig nach unserem Befinden und antwortete schnell und zuverlässig auf unsere Fragen. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

Merci Aki et Edwin pour la mise à disposition de votre magnifique appartement avec une vue splendide sur toute la baie et la mer Adriatique et la très belle île de Brac ! Nous avons adoré y séjourner ! L'appartement est très confortable, il nous a même semblé plus grand que sur les photos publiées ! La literie est excellente, la cuisine parfaitement équipée, la terrasse privée où l'on peut se reposer ou prendre les repas est bien aménagée et dispose d'une vue incroyable, les équipements (table et chaises, BBQ à gaz, chaises longues, lit extérieur, douche extérieure, etc...) et la piscine sur le toit-terrasse commun sont très appréciables. Tout est très propre. L'environnement est résidentiel et très calme en prenant de la hauteur depuis la route côtière. La rue devant est peu fréquentée et monte jusqu'à un petit village traditionnel plein de charme et à un très bon restaurant. La vue là-haut est merveilleuse. Je recommande à 100% ! Love the apartment, description and photos are very accurate and the hosts are awesome! Mimice is a stunning location and an easy drive from Split, travelling through the beautiful town of Omis. The apartment was immaculate and the room sizes were perfect for our family of 4. Separate bathrooms was a huge bonus allowing our teenage daughters to have their own space. Balcony is spacious and lovely to relax on. Perfect beach is 10 minutes walk but only if you are "able and willing". Other reviews cover this. We visited beginning of April and had the beach to ourselves, the 2 bars/cafes don't open until later (possibly after 1st May). Ivana recommended a local restaurant "Kod Mije" which was 5 minutes drive away, rustic no thrills family cooking done to perfection. This apartment is a jewel and we would definitely come back. The peaceful energy is clearly a reflection of the wonderful hosts. Relaxing perfection, Hvala!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in den Bergen Gatas. Die Lage ist toll, es ist sehr ruhig, die Landschaft ist großartig, dennoch kann man in nur 15 Minuten den Strand erreichen oder in 30 Minuten nach Split fahren. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man brauchen könnte und war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Die Vermieterin wohnt gleich um die Ecke und ist sehr nett, einmal bekamen wir sogar Pfannkuchen gebracht. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen!

Ein wunderschönes, modernes und bestens ausgestattetes Haus, in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar frisches Obst und Gemüse und einen Gutschein für ein tolles Restaurant. Sehr ruhig gelegen, 10 Minuten Fahrt zum nächsten Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, 40 Minuten nach Split. Aber man kann auch ohne Probleme die ganze Woche im Haus verbringen, ohne dass es langweilig werden würde. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern in der Villa von Anka. Der Blick ist einfach fantastisch und ich habe den Pool jeden Tag mit Freude genutzt. Die Sonne schien ab ca. 8.00 Uhr auf die Außenseite des Pools und das morgendliche Schwimmen was einfach wunderbar. Die Sonne hat uns so von morgens bis zum Sonnenuntergang begleitet. Das Haus ist großzügig mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag benötigt. Fußläufig entfernt (ca. 2 km) ist ein Restaurant, das sehr gute kroatische Küche bietet und auch einen unglaublich schönen Blick auf die Bucht und den Sonnenuntergang, das Konoba Bajso, sehr zu empfehlen. Anka war immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Wir kommen gern wieder!

en France nous avons un roman très connu où l'auteur (Marcel Pagnol) évoque avec nostalgie la demeure de ses vacances enfantines. Et bien c'est tout fait cela que nous avons retrouvé dans la maison d'Iva : des souvenirs à créer pour nos enfants. Tout est simple, tout est beau, l'acceuil est parfait, les chambres spacieuses...bref nous avons passé en famille de (très très) belles vacances.

Villa Nareste is located at the top of a hill, nestled in front of high cliffs with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea! The place is spotless and spacious. We enjoyed using the swimming pool and sitting out on the deck. The kitchen was well equipped and the hosts kindly offered use of any food. We would highly recommend for those who enjoy a quiet and peaceful location and aren’t afraid of a steep uphill drive to get there!

Beautiful clean house. Around 25 minutes to the centre of Split. Host was good and was quick with responses to any questions I had throughout stay however did not greet us to show the place around. The outdoor dining space is lovely and we spent most of our evenings there.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and has quiet surroundings. The kitchen is well equipped. The communication with the host was easy and she did help us a lot. We loved our time there and would be glad to come back :)

We had an wonderful stay at Villa Magic View! The surroundings and especially the view was amazing. The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool and playroom very much. Because this is a new neighborhood the ubers sometimes had a hard time finding us but it always worked out in the end. We recommend renting a scooter to get up and down the hill easily but walking it is also a option, a little cardio :) I really recommend this place if you want to enjoy yourself in a luxorious villa. We will definetly come again.

Bardzo ładny, klimatyzowany apartament z dużym zadaszonym tarasem i pięknym widokiem na Adriatyk i wyspę Brač. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Nina to przesympatyczna, gościnna i ciepła kobieta. Bardzo mile nas przywitała oraz pożegnała gdy wyjeżdzalismy. W czasie naszego pobytu dbała żeby niczego nam nie brakowalo. Bardzo miłe spędziliśmy tam czas.

Excellent logement pour visiter les proximités de Split. La vue est inlassablement exceptionnelle, avec un magnifique couchée de soleil. Le déjeuner sous 35° à 13:00 et plein Sud peu être compliqué. Luka est bienveillant et proactif envers notre bien être, merci sincèrement. Avec ces fortes chaleurs il manquait juste la piscine pour un bon moment de détente le soir 😎.

Genuinely one of the nicest places I have stayed in a long while. The views are outstanding and the host family live downstairs are so accommodating and professional. Too many reviews over hype places but in this instance I did not wish to leave

Absolutely perfect ! A hotel-worthy service while being welcomed as if we were family. The location is great : a 5 minutes walk to the beach and a 45 minutes ride from Split. Thank you again for everything

Nina è stupenda! Sempre disponibile, gentile e discreta. Anche se non parla bene inglese non è stato difficile comunicare. La casa è molto ben arredata e con tutto l'occorrente. Parcheggio perfetto per scaricare le valige. Con una scorciatoia si arriva a piedi sul lungomare, la strada x arrivare in macchina è un pò stretta ma facile da raggiungere. Consigliatissimo! Anche con un bimbo di 2 anni come il nostro!
