Within walking distance to all the amenities the Old Town has to offer: Main Street and University Square, the Old Bridge and the Castle are only a few minutes away. The apartment has a bedroom with a double, queen size bed, kitchen with coffee maker, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and a sunny balcony. Nice restaurants and shops in the neighborhood and 5 min walk to the old city. Its a no smoking apartment

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt zentral im von Weinbergen umgebenen Grünstadt, oberhalb unseres Geschäftes "Das Stoffatelier", direkt angrenzend an die Fußgängerzone. Von hier aus lässt sich gut die Gegend erkunden. Mit Auto, Fahrrad oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell im nächsten Weindorf. Durch die zentrale Lage an der Fußgängerzone erreicht man schnell zu Fuß verschiedenste Geschäfte und Lokalitäten. Eine Touristinfo ist ca. 100 Meter entfernt.

We are renting a beautiful 70 square meter loft apartment in an historic farm house in Wiesbaden, Delkenheim. The apartment is over 3 levels and has a new kitchen, oak floors, spiral staircase and many historic details. The house was built around 1800 and is part of a historical farm with barn and other buildings. The apartment has been renovated in early 2017. Delkenheim has good transportation connections but remains quiet.
