We are located at the tip of Michigan’s lower peninsula: 6 miles to Mackinaw City, Mackinaw Bridge & ferry boats to Mackinaw Island. 2 miles to Northwestern State Trail. During your stay enjoy free use of kayaks, paddle boat & board, swing and fire pit (with free firewood) at waters edge.

Access Lake Michigan via a boat launch 5 miles north or sunset beaches 8 miles west. Sleeps 6 with two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Complete kitchen and laundry. Short drive to Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands. 15 minutes to the Bridge, Mac City and Mac Island Ferry. Note that the living space is up a flight of stairs. No TV or AC.

The restoration process involved the careful use of locally sourced, reclaimed woods and materials, resulting in a rustic yet refined atmosphere. The strategically placed windows provide stunning views of the surrounding forest and encourage natural airflow. In my opinion there is not many places that surpass this idyllic location.

We have just added an outdoor sauna to this fabulous cabin in the woods behind our house. Although there is only 1 proper bedroom there is a sleeping loft with a queen size bed and window overlooking the hardwood forest. We also have a pull-out couch. Guests have complete privacy and everything provided for a comfortable stay This is a cabin with peaceful relaxation in mind....no loud parties or anything of that nature. Come and enjoy northern Michigan's beauty in all seasons.

Newly remodeled A Frame Cabin in the woods of Hidden Hamlet in Harbor Springs, Michigan. Located in the little neighborhood at the base of Nubs Nob Ski Resort, this is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees. Currently we are renting this as an open bedroom loft with a queen bed. There is also a pull out sofa sleeper on the main floor, but you know the comfort level of those... Lots of hiking, biking and fresh air. Located 11 miles from Mackinaw City. Day trip to Mackinac Island. Then settle in at the chalet for s'mores by the fire, stargazing and twinkle of the bridge lights. Perhaps a game of Euchre.
