The guesthouse contains a large double bedroom, office space, bathroom, and open plan kitchen / living area downstairs. Free WiFi available during your stay. The unit has a kitchen with fridge, microwave and 2 ring ceramic hob. Tea & coffee making facilities also included. Wifi and Sky TV provided. The unit has a sofa which fold outs to a comfortable queen size bed. This can be a bed or sofa on arrival, at your request. Linen & towels provided. The unit includes an En Suite bathroom.

The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

Relax at this quiet escape in the Irish countryside, staying a cozy apartment in our recently renovated schoolhouse, dating from 1939. Connected to our house yet entirely private, it has its own entrance, driveway parking, a double bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, though no separate living room. Perfectly situated for exploring local attractions, and just 20 minutes from Dublin Airport. We recommend a car as public transportation is limited & slow, and taxis can be costly.

The fact that we are in The Midlands, makes it's the perfect location to visit other counties from, as everywhere is within only a few hours drive. Vanessa's studio is a cute, self-sufficient little pad nestled in the backyard of a friendly family home in quiet, suburban South County Dublin (40-60 minutes from Dublin City Centre). With its own private entrance, a basic kitchenette, WiFi and towels provided, it's perfect for a short stay for one or two guests. Infants up to 2yrs also welcome (travel cot available) and it's pet friendly.
