All balconies have seating to allow you to relax and read a book or have your morning cuppa. Whichever way you walk you will find tasty restaurants and cute coffee bars within minutes. Available on the beach-sup lessons, photography & yoga.

Our flat is perfectly located just off the lively Broadway area and just a short walk from the beach, the old town and the train station. It is the perfect base for exploring everything that the town has to offer. Leigh on sea is a vibrant seaside town with plenty of eating/ drinking options and events. There is plenty of room for cooking, eating , gaming and relaxing on those days/ nights you would rather stay in and a courtyard suntrap of a garden. We have 2 parking spaces with the flat.

There is a relaxing living room with TV and sofa bed. The kitchen includes a fridge/freezer shelf, coffee machine, hob, oven, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. There is no washing machine for clothes but a launderette is located at the end of road on the high st. An outdoor table and chairs is at the rear on the patio to use.

A fisherman's cottage set in a tucked away corner of Old Leigh with its many pubs and restaurants, just a short walk up the hill to the Broadway with its bustle of shops and coffee bars. Double bedroom, shower room, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, Smeg fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Comfortable lounge, couch and 42" smart TV. This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. A double bed + a sofa bed + travel cot. Cooking facilities, dining table table & 2 chairs. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available.
