Our flat is perfectly located just off the lively Broadway area and just a short walk from the beach, the old town and the train station. It is the perfect base for exploring everything that the town has to offer. Leigh on sea is a vibrant seaside town with plenty of eating/ drinking options and events. There is plenty of room for cooking, eating , gaming and relaxing on those days/ nights you would rather stay in and a courtyard suntrap of a garden. We have 2 parking spaces with the flat.

There is no washing machine for clothes but a launderette is located at the end of road on the high st. An outdoor table and chairs is at the rear on the patio to use.

Completely renovated 2 bedroomed Fisherman’s cottage in the heart of Leigh on Seas’ old town with fabulous views to the rear over the Thames Estuary. The cottage is centrally located within meters of Leigh beach and the waterside bars and restaurants of the old town. Leigh-on-Sea train station is a 10 minute walk past the historic cockle sheds and the popular Broadway is with a short stroll with its many independent shops and boutiques and more bars and restaurants.

One bedroom ground floor flat with very peaceful garden. The property is lovely and cosy and has direct access to your very own garden. If you walk left when you exit the front door you will find yourself right at the beach. If you turn right you will come across an array of independent restaurants, bars and little bespoke shops selling their beautiful items. Please be aware this bathroom is been refurbished and from February will have a walk in shower not a bath.

A fisherman's cottage set in a tucked away corner of Old Leigh with its many pubs and restaurants, just a short walk up the hill to the Broadway with its bustle of shops and coffee bars. Double bedroom, shower room, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, Smeg fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Comfortable lounge, couch and 42" smart TV. A large patio with table and benches, steps leading to lawn. Estuary view from shower room, kitchen and sitting room.

This is a very calm space decorated in F&B elephants breath paint with contrasting furnishings. A double bed + a sofa bed + travel cot. Cooking facilities, dining table table & 2 chairs. A microwave is situated in the utility room on the landing outside the studio door. Very nice shower room It’s ideal as a compact living space to use when visiting relatives or just on a break in lovely Leigh on Sea. No outside space is available.

My place is at the heart of Leigh-on-Sea Old Town, with its cockle boats, waterside pubs and restaurants, sea birds and beach. You’ll love my place because of the location, the views, and being at the cosy centre of a lively seaside village. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
