This 750 square foot condo is slope side and ski in - ski out. There is great lighting in the living room and privacy in the upstairs loft. You are within walking distance to bars, restaurants & shops. There is a health club in the building you can purchase a day pass to which has a pool, out door hot tubs, and a fitness center. These costs frequently change so please check the Sugarloaf Fitness Center's Website. There are two parking spots available for you and your guests. A/C + WiFi included!

This Ski-in-ski-out condo is across from the health and fitness center (pool/hot tubs/gym/cafe). Walk 10 minutes or take the free shuttle to the Sugarloaf Mountain Village. Just a few minutes walk to the Shipyard Brew Haus. It is directly next to the Snubber Trail and Lift mid-station. A nearby trail system links to the Nordic Center for skiing, biking, and snowshoeing. Very comfy King size bed, twin bed, pull out couch, full size refrigerator and a 55" TV with Netflix, Hulu... Ideal location!!

Middle Pond Cabin- Direct ATV & Snowmobile Access

Welcome to the Middle Pond Cabin! This cozy, waterfront cabin is centrally located to all of Pittsburg's amenities. It has direct access to the Great North Woods' vast snowmobile and ATV trails. Middle Pond is an 8 acre, stocked pond that is loaded with trout and other wildlife that call it home. The cabin has three bedrooms (all with queen size beds), a fantastic kitchen, and a beautiful living room / sun room. The cabin also has a back-up Generac generator for the occasional winter storm!

Le chalet est situé à 5 minutes de marche de la plage municipale du lac Lyster et d'un parc, qui inclus; beach volleyball, modules d'entrainements, patinoire, terrain de tennis, de pétanque, pickleball, basketball, table de ping pong, location de pédalo, kayak, canot, paddle board, rampe de mise à l'eau. Une montagne près du chalet,la vue du haut, est offerte avec un belvédaire et tables à Picnic! À 15-20 minutes de marche, vous pouvez monter le mont Pinacle avec ses 7,8 Km de sentier.
