We had a fantastic stay here! The house was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with strong WiFi and plenty of TVs to keep everyone entertained. Having three bathrooms was a total game-changer for our group. The neighborhood was peaceful, secure, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. What really stood out was the host, Jennelyn. She was incredibly kind, patient, and communicative, even replying late at night when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

The house itself has a warm and cozy atmosphere. While it’s compact, it’s thoughtfully laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with almost all the amenities, which made preparing meals convenient and enjoyable. The air-conditioned sala and dining area were definite highlights for us, as they provided a refreshing and relaxing space to gather as a group. Although the two bedrooms upstairs didn’t have air conditioning, it wasn’t a problem for us since we stayed this month of December, and the weather was cool and pleasant. The breezy evenings added to the charm.

Great Location: We like the location of Lili’s unit. Easily located by a private car & public transportation is available too. Close to the market and shops. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Aesthetically Pleasing Residence: Lili’s unit is comfortable and homely. The house is sturdy & the layout is well-designed. It is spacious & inviting as it has plenty of natural light. The furnitures & appliances are all great, as everything you needed are all there. We are impressed by the stylish decors & thoughtful amenities. We really adore the skylight roofing & the patio is incredibly tranquil. WFH-Friendly: The Wi-Fi is fast & reliable. There is a dedicated workspace that made easy to get work done. Host’s Hospitality: Lili is an outstanding host. She is quick to respond & ensures that we had everything we needed. Her instructions & reminders are detailed and complete. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to unwind. This is indeed, a home away from home.🫶🏼🤎

Stayed here twice during my trip to the Philippines and I absolutely love this place! It’s super spacious and has such a cozy, homey vibe. Pros: - Really spacious and comfy - Feels like a true Filipino home - Huge TV - Cozy living room - Master bedroom has its own bathroom - Filtered cold & hot water (big plus!) Cons: - During my first stay, the cleaning seemed a bit rushed. The kitchen and bathroom could use a little more attention, and the towels weren’t ready as they were still drying, so we had to wait for them to be fully dry before using. - Could use more mugs, but they were provide to bring extra when I asked. - The power of the AC in the rooms wasn’t as strong, so the living room and especially the kitchen area could get a bit warm. However, there was an extra fan available to help cool things down. Overall, despite the minor cons, I highly recommend this place! It’s super homey, and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely worth what I paid for. Thank you so much! ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Far listing lovely property, and it exceeded all my expectations! The place was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—just a short distance from the greenbelt, landmark, glorietta. I loved being able to explore the area easily and found some fantastic local restaurants thanks to Far recommendations. Far was a fantastic host! They were incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the welcome basket, Like enjoying a sunset view, relaxing in a cozy nook, or having a great meal at a nearby restaurant]. It truly made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. I can’t wait to come back!

Highly recommend Malou’s Place. Both units were clean, 309 is bit bigger, we had everything we need. wifi is super fast. good size ref if you’re staying long, water heater for shower as well as some other kitchen basics. Bring your personal needs, except towels and linens. no complains becoz any of the 2 units you choose would be super super worth the owner’s rate. super excellent rate. If you are travelling with a group or you want an extra room for anything, nothing beats Malou’s Place. Same as always, the Grace Residences is a homey place for us, been here many many times already. everything is just down there in the commercial area - restos, salon, water station, Lbc, supermarket, bank, starbucks, gym and pay parking. grab is also very easy to get to visit the surrounding metropolis. Bonifacio Global City is 15-20mins away. Thats all for now… Would love to stay again soon!

During our recent stay at this Airbnb property, we were thoroughly impressed with its exceptional location and amenities. The property’s proximity to essential amenities, including grocery stores, shopping malls, and spas, was highly convenient. The property’s security measures were robust, providing peace of mind for our stay. Communication with the host and her team was exceptional, and they promptly addressed any minor concerns we had. While the property offered a pleasant nighttime view, occasional background music did not significantly disrupt our sleep. One area that could be improved is the provision of upgraded guest towels and linens. Specifically, some of the towels are quite old. Would highly recommend for others looking for nice place to stay within BGC.

The place is surprisingly very good for it's price! I've booked many bnb's in the past but this is easily the place that tops all of them in terms of convenience. The supermarket is literally 10 steps away from the entrance of the residence and everything is indoors! No need to step outside to get what you need, including very nice restos and coffee shops! The pool is very nice as well! Ample indoor parking with 24 hour security as well (cheap too!). The place is very clean and cozy with a very nice bed that is better than most serviced hotels I've checked in to. I highly recommend this property for a small group or family! Very nice and hassle free!

The view was great since it's on the 40th floor. We had a great time and the place was clean and smells really good too! I recommend this place.

A great place to stay in the BGC Area because a lot of good stores are close by. Good for a family stay and the entertainment section makes fun bonding moments.

We had a great stay at Karen and Benedict’s condo! The unit was very clean, cozy, and felt just like home. They were super helpful and accommodating, allowing us to make a few requests without any hassle. Really appreciated their hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the fastest booking I have ever experienced in Airbnb. The host was able to confirm our booking immediately. This is a great place for travelers who only wishes to leave their belongings, sleep, eat, and explore. Bunk bed with cabinet, dining table, kitchen, and towel for each guests are provided which gives relaxation to 4 guests.

The hosts are very accommodating, i love the vibe of the condo unit, it’s very homey. The place is walkable to landmarks as expected, theres free toiletries, sheets and other stuffs, they have a table and chairs at the balcony wherein we enjoyed while having breakfast/meryenda. Thank you! 💓
