Swallows Nest, Harwood Dale

The cottage is in a rural setting on a working farm near Scarborough. It is a bungalow with two internal steps, one leading from the lounge to the dining area and a second leading to the bedrooms and it is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids). We also allow a well behaved dog at the property. There are two bedrooms, a double with en suite shower room and a twin bedroom. The property is self catering. Travel Cot,Outside dog kennel facility is available.

Our beautifully converted barn is ideally located in the picturesque village of Ruston. Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

We're ideally situated just off the popular cycle routes and activity centres. The cozy en-suite cabin features a comfortable king size bed, mini fridge, heating, access to a gas BBQ and continental breakfast. Harwood Cottage is a very cosy self-catering holiday cottage in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park set in 150 acres of a private estate. It is central to all the local costal towns like Whitby and Scarborough. It is perfect for couples as it is very private and secluded location yet just a 10-15 minute drive to the local towns. The Cottage has all the facilities you need to have a comfortable stay. Including a fully equipped kitchen, Free Wi-fi, Washer/Dryer and a Smart TV.
