Wow, this is THE place! I know you’re reading all the reviews and you can read how wonderful this place is but now I can tell you firsthand. You don’t need to look any further. This is the place you want to rent. It’s phenomenal! It’s located up a windy road in the piney woods and you feel like you’re all alone out there. But you’re not far from anything. Beautiful views. Great hot tub. Hot Springs is only 20 minutes away and not a bad drive at all. There are restaurants all around. The home is absolutely perfect, clean as heck, has everything you need, super comfortable. Terri will meet you and lead you up there the first time, and she is a jewel! She is so helpful and showed us everything we needed to know and was wonderful! We have never had such a welcome reception. If ever we go back to the Hot Springs Village area, we will rent this place again without hesitation.

Anna's family's house was an amazing stay because the home is beautiful and well stocked with high quality supplies, appliances and furnishings. The beds were comfortable! We lacked for nothing while there. The house is cozy and homey and lovely outside as well! We all agreed we would be fortunate to stay there again sometime, hopefully soon.

The stay was beautiful! Location was great! And not far from entertainment and fun things to do! Dennis was a great host and suggested great places to go. The private community was not at all what I excepted it was better and so much to do with the community.

Jessica was an awesome host - responding rapidly to accommodate my family after Military orders changed last minute and our entire family could come together. And the house is a gem! The kitchen is a chef’s dream with double ovens, griddle and 6 burner Thermador professional stove. It was perfect for preparing and enjoying our Thanksgiving meal. The 80” TV/family room for movies and football was just what we wanted. . Great lake-view from a the private corner of the cove. We did not use the hot tub or pool area, but the back deck and grill was perfect for steaks and cocktails. Can’t recommend the place enough for large groups looking to eat, socialize and enjoy Hot Springs NP and Lake Hamilton. It is priced a bit over other spots in the area, but the quality of the home and extra space is more than worth the upgrade to treat your friends and family well. We will be back.

We really enjoyed the beautiful and clean condo. We loved how spacious it was for our family of five..all over the age of 15! We had coffee each morning on the balcony and spent some time playing pool and ping pong in the recreation room before lounging in the hot tub. We cooked breakfast one morning and had everything we needed, plus coffee was there and I was so thankful since I’d left mine home! Would love to stay again soon!

The house was amazing, stayed there with 9 friends comfortably, the hot tub was amazing to have. The house was well cleaned and maintained. Overall it was a great choice for a vacation.

This was our first vacation as a family & we couldn’t have picked a better spot!! The cabin felt so homey & was just what we needed for a mini vacation! The cabin was clean, had such cool features/decor/details, & made the overall experience of Hot Springs amazing! We will def be back :)

We traveled with 3 dogs and loved this home! Nestled on 80 acres, with access to the river and multiple trails, we found that we only needed to leave to restock food. The dogs had a great time and were totally worn out by the end of the trip. There is a neighbor with a couple of friendly dogs that roam and will visit, so just something to be aware of if you're bringing dogs as well. The service was bad and internet wasn't great - but that was the point of the trip for us! We got a chance to really unwind, spend time together and slow down as a little family. For anything I needed, Todd was incredibly responsive and helpful. We can't wait to visit again.

We had a perfect 2-day getaway at Jeff's lovely lakefront home. He is a fantastic host and we could not have been more pleased. The floating dock was our favorite spot on the property for fishing dining, watching the boats go by and just relaxing. The beds were super-comfy and the kitchen was well appointed. We really appreciated the water cooler of endless fresh water.. a very nice touch. Jeff's huge collection of VHS and DVD movies kept the fun going after dark.

We had the best time. This place is just like the photos. The a/c was amazing. It is very spacious. It was everything we expected and more. The hosts were very responsive. We would stay again.

We had a lovely mini reunion at Mark’s place with our two kids, spouses and granddaughter. The house provided plenty of space for the 7 of us to gather as well as have our own quiet space when needed. It was nice to have a dining room table big enough for all of us to gather around. We took advantage of the kayaks and just sitting on the dock. The porches were so relaxing too. We mostly stayed at the house but did venture out to a resturant (there were plenty to choose from) and to Balboa beach a couple of times. I was hesitant to book something as big as this house but it really turned out perfect for us. The only hiccup was that Airbnb did not email us the code to the door but one quick phone call to Mark resolved that issue. I had one other question during the weekend and he was prompt to email me back. I would love to return to this Paradise on the Lake.

This is my second time to stay at Derek‘s place. It will always be my first go to when traveling to Hot Springs. The location is very peaceful and private. This place is spotless. Lots of room to spread out. Very comfortable. Derek is a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions or needs. I highly recommend booking this Airbnb. The location is just a short drive to any where you might want to go in Hot Springs.

Great place nestled in the middle of beautiful mountains and nature, close to lakes, hikes, crystal mines and 30 min away from downtown Hot Springs. The home had everything you need for a comfortable stay. 2 min away from a grocery store and good restaurants - Village hibachi is a must try! Plenty of things to do! We enjoyed our stay! Thank you

The condo is perfect for a getaway! The patio and location is definitely why we would come back.

This Airbnb was by far the greatest Ive ever stayed in. The location was perfect! The condo was clean and smelled good upon arrival. Curb appeal was great. Decorations were very nice. Very quiet and private area to stay in. The patio area was nice and the lake was an immaculate view. This condo gives a warm and welcoming feeling when you enter the doors. The host sends very simple instructions to follow. Do I recommend this Airbnb to others? Why yes!!! Would I stay again and again? Each and every time I visit Hot Springs. Thank you Craig for allowing me to stay at your wonderful Lakeview condo!!!!!!

Great location with a wonderful view of the lake and close proximity to a couple really good restaurants. The condo looked same as pictures. The kitchen was well stocked. The weather was cool and comfortable during our visit so we spent a lot of time on the balcony. Will was a great host. He checked to confirm that we were able to access the condo and that everything was fine.

Awesome stay! We loved everything about this home, especially the view. Def recommend and will stay again!

The family and I had a wonderful stay here for the 4th of July. Our previous arrangements fell through just as we arrived in Hot Springs and luckily Vanessa was very responsive and allowed us to book immediately. She helped us get into the house and showed us where everything was located. The place was a perfect little peaceful getaway on the golf course and close to town/activities. We really enjoyed the fire pit as well, we were able to roast some smores while they launched fireworks over the golf course. Will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

The place was great. As others have said, the check-in is a bit arcane. You have to go to an office and get the packet out of a lock-box (without any actual interaction). That's all fine but the office is 30 min away from the place in the opposite direction of how most people come, from Little Rock. So make sure if you're on a schedule to allot 45-60 minutes extra to get north after dropping off the keys. Other than that the place is great, definitely a little water pressure issue if more than one fixture is used at a time so don't plan on having multiple people get ready at once.

This house was such a hidden gem! It truly was beautiful, we hated leaving! It smelled so clean as soon as we opened the door. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes we needed, and the smores were so thoughtful, the kids literally screamed when they saw it. We went into town and met some local artist, then the gangster museum really shows you just how special the town of hot springs is,the next day we spent all day hiking and the area with the waterfall was like a handmade playground by God himself, it was the best trip we’ve ever been on! My favorite part though was this air bnb, I loved the bird houses, my grandmother handmade all hers, and these really reminded me of her and the hard work and beauty that goes into them.

we had a great stay! view was wonderful, we enjoyed the hot tub and had a great time visiting around the village and hotsprings. And made some dog friends!! all together we had a Great time on our vacation!!!

The communication with Sami was the best we have experienced within all of our years using Airbnb. The pictures match exactly what you will have... no surprises. Sami goes above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and went above / beyond with her special touches. Everything you would possible need is within the condo. No issues and will definitely stay within one of Sami's properties upon our next visit.
