The home is on a beautifully maintained lot with an amazing view of the lake and a dock to sit on or pull your boat up to. We enjoyed the views from the house, the dock and the pool! Everything was in prestige condition. Eileen was a wonderful host with clear communication.

This place was everything that I expected plus some. The atmosphere was so peaceful and beautiful and I had an amazing time. The host communicated quickly and the instructions were very clear.

It was a great location for Milledgeville and Eatonton. We also found a great nursery where we bought an apple tree and a fig tree.

This was our first time to lake Sinclair and it did not disappoint. The home was very well equipped with everything we needed. the living room and kitchen were beautiful especially with the views of the lake out back. We were able to hang out on the dock, fishing and swimming. The back deck was great for relaxing too. We will be back.

Susan’s Lake House was perfect for a cozy Christmas. It was beautiful with everything we needed. She was quick to respond when we had a question. We hope to come back during the summer to enjoy the lake!

Serene, tranquil, beautiful...just a few words to describe this amazing "home away from home." We had an amazing mini vacation and Thomas was a phenomenal host. The home is cozy and clean and the view will make anyone long for an early retirement. Thomas was a helpful and gracious host and we will definitely return to this hidden gem!

Great host with a great property. We spent a few days here over the thanksgiving holiday. Large family and we all slept comfortably. We highly recommend and will be back!

WOWWWWW! We rented this for my daughter's 20th birthday, and it was nothing short of amazing. The hot tub alone - spectacular!!! We had the absolute most attentive renters, and everything was exactly as described and pictured. The attention to detail did it for us however considering there was also an entire coffee bar/wine bar and smore's set up for late nights by that absolutely stunning fire pit! They even left my daughter a birthday card, specifically for her 20th! Absolutely the most heartfelt gesture and she will never forget it. The house is in pristine condition and had more than enough extras (from pillows to sheets/blankets, to hygiene products and toiletries. There is a game of some sort in almost every single room and there are plenty of water toys out back along with fishing from the dock at any time! Whether you want to go go go or lay out in the chaise lounges all day unbothered, this is the place! Can't wait to book with them again!

Great little cabin, well-stocked, excellent communication. We enjoyed our week at the cabin. It was mostly very peaceful and the location was nice. Sitting on the lake dock, watching the birds and listening to the wind rustling through the trees was lovely. We even saw a beaver. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck watching the birds and the bees. We went kayaking one day. There are lots of stars at night. There were a couple of excellent walking paths within 40 minutes from the house. Milledgeville, a great, little college town, is 30-35 minutes away. The owners have created an amazing space inside and out. You will definitely enjoy your stay.

What a beautiful lake house. Well maintained and listing accurately describes the place. It was a little tricky finding the place but Chris provided detailed instructions that helped out. Unfortunately it rained a lot of the trip so we didn’t enjoy the lake amenities but we would love to go back and enjoy another week there.

My group chose this location for a few days of relaxing and it definitely delivered! Lots of outdoor activities for our teenage boys. And always nice to unwind in the hot tub! Trippe was an amazing and attentive host. He gave us a lot of helpful information as far as restaurants and places to explore in the area. The place was very clean and well stocked. The outdoor area was so peaceful! We would definitely recommend TFC for a calm relaxing get away!!!

We enjoyed every moment of our stay in Morgan's Airbnb. It is very well appointed in all aspects, very clean, beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. We especially loved all the amenities it had for all the outdoor fun with 2 kids (8 and 11). We used the lily pad and kayak a lot. We also rented a tri-poon boat from Oconee Wild Sports and docked it at our dock. The fire pit was great and the views and serenity of this place is truly something else. We loved the nature feel with all the trees, the birds are lovely to listen to and watch. The detached screened in patio is a great addition as well. We would return here in a heartbeat.

Brittany and cohosts were very responsive and helpful. A great place to take my grandkids for a couple of days on the lake. We really enjoyed the firepit in the evenings down near the water.

We absolutely loved staying here for spring break with our three boys. My children have age gaps (20, 14, and 9), but one thing they can all agree on is that they like places that offer lots of activities. At Clara's place, we could fish, paddleboard, cook smores in the firepit, play ping pong...The kids were up every day during their break no later than 8 am and kept themselves occupied all day! We brought a boat, and the boat ramp within the neighborhood was easy to find and well taken care of. Bait (worms and minnows) could be bought about a ten-minute boat ride away at Oconee Springs Park. They also were the most convenient place to get ice. The bedrooms were a great size, so everyone felt like they had their own space when needed (It's important to note that the master is upstairs). The kitchen was well stocked with salt, pepper, pots, pans, cups, etc. There was truly nothing we needed. But DO bring all your groceries because stores are a trek!

I just wanted to reach out and say how truly grateful we are for our stay at your beautiful lake home, which truly is a “Sunset Oasis”. From the moment we arrived, it felt special — peaceful, welcoming, and full of little touches that made it unforgettable. We spent so much time just soaking in the views on the porches and in the boat, which made amazing memories that we’ll cherish forever. It’s rare to find a place that feels this perfect, and even rarer to find a host who clearly puts so much heart into it. All your lake decor, amenities, and supplies were perfect!!! The coffee bar and lake coffee cups were adorable! It was so clean and felt like home away from home! Thank you again so much for everything and making the remainder of our vacation unforgettable!

My family and I stayed here for my sisters wedding at Club at Lake Sinclair. Comfortably sleeps more than enough with plenty of extra room. Very close to the venue. Could not have asked for better.

Excellent place to stay, we had to run from Hurricane Milton so we booked this place rather short notice. Communication was great, everything was clean, the home and the property on the lake are just gorgeous.

We had our family Thanksgiving at Joy's place. All of my family that was able to attend was very pleased with the accommodations. Joy allowed us to use her dock for fishing and kayaks to venture out on Lake Sinclair. She had a nice fire pit that helped keep us warm during the cool to cold weather. There was TV's in every room and the beds were very comfortable. We are hoping to be able to return during warmer weather and spend more time on Laker Sinclair.

3 generations of our family spent a long weekend here and there was fun for all ages. The pictures don’t do this gorgeous house justice! The kids had a blast in the basement. The adults enjoyed the beautiful porches. The seating and beds were very comfortable- even the sofa beds were nice average with memory foam mattresses. Easy in and out of the water for grandma with sturdy steps and a handrail. The only 2 things anyone complained about were the large amount of vegetation in the access area of the water, and the ants were plentiful- but that’s the chance you take at the lake. They did provide ant spray so that was helpful! The dock had plenty of space for fishing and my nephew caught a huge 12 pound catfish. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!
