Central HVAC.Two off-street parking spaces are yours, along with a shared fenced yard and a separate coded entry for security.

Our small above-garage guesthouse on the New York-Vermont border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods & meadow. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet (note: no Wifi), and hike and bike the area’s trails, and/or paddle the Battenkill River and area lakes. Or just sit on the deck with a book and cup of tea or glass of wine. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!

This is a family and pet friendly property with a private entrance, full kitchen, living and dining areas, full and half bathrooms, access to our fenced backyard, and dedicated laundry facilities. By making arrangements ahead of your stay, you can use our 3 season barn; send us a message letting us know how and when you would like to use it.

In Town Manchester Studio w/ Loft Bedroom.

The Barn, situated behind our house, is located just a few minutes walk to the center of Manchester. It is a working studio setting with general living area on the main floor and a bedroom above in a loft. There is hot tub available to barn guest and a shared (with house) outdoor space. Very clean, very fun space with ample room, comfortable bedding. Perfect for two. (Note: Bedroom Loft is only accessible via a spiral staircase).
