Everything was perfect for the week that we stayed.

This was one of the very best places we have stayed. It’s tucked back into an older neighborhood yet close to anything you’d want. JP goes above and beyond setting up a welcoming environment. It’s the little things that stand out like a welcoming basket and beverage, toiletries for those unexpected needs, a bookshelf amply stocked with a variety of books and games. Any and everything has been thought of, right down to the s’mores box! It also boasts a great outdoor grill! The beds are comfy, the towels are plush and there are blankets to curl up with in the living room! The kitchen is also amply stocked with all the comforts of home. Just be careful of the refrigerator ice dispenser, it comes out fast, and we found ourselves cleaning it off the floor all too often! We plan to visit the area in the future and are hoping JP’s place will be available! We’d rent it in a heart beat! Many, many thanks to our host, they were the tops! We just can’t say enough good about them!

Very spacious home, well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, coffee, snacks, etc. Nice being able to use garage if needed. Comfortable beds & plenty of room to spread out. Would stay again.

We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay! Great location in between Sevierville and Knoxville for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. Great layout and floorplan of the house and loved all of the decor. The house was very clean and it has one of the most well stocked kitchens ever! Loved the big sectional couch in the den for relaxing and watching TV at night too. Very comfortable beds and loved having ceiling fans in all the bedrooms as well! We would for sure stay here again!

Was a perfect place for our short stay. The house was just as described. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quick easy pickup for our Uber pick ups. Neighborhood looked sketchy at first, but ended up being quiet. No issues with check in. Would stay again

Great place to stay and close to everything. John accommodated us last minute and made sure we had evrything we needed to get settled in on our last minute trip.

The Sunshine house definitely brightened our stay! The decor plus the VERY clean and tidy house was perfect! The massage chair was an added bonus after a long day of meetings. Both bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the bathrooms had lots of space. He was very accommodating with a late checkout! That extra time helped me to get to my meeting in a timely manner plus be packed and ready for the return trip to Memphis. I would book this house over and over again!!

The description and details of this place don't do it justice. It was a wonderfully clean, cozy, and peaceful environment. Timothy was extremely responsive and helpful. I highly recommend it! The price is fantastic for such a lovely spot.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! It was very affordable and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The home was clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. The kids absolutely loved it too, which made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely stay here again!

Omaris's place was perfect for me! Good size. Had all the essentials that I needed. The bathroom was gorgeous. She was flexible with check-in.

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

We enjoyed this peaceful location. Felt like home with a lot of amenities, clean rooms and a great value. Would stay here again for sure.

We had a great experience working with halo. Their customer service is top notch. They were super responsive and very friendly. They even had a cork screw delivered to us the night we arrived because the one in the unit was broken. The location was perfect for us because it was right next to the venue we were going to on our second night. The first night we were there the night club was pretty loud, but there are blackout curtains and we brought a noise machine so it wasn't an issue. Honestly I have no complaints, and only amazing things to say about the customer care. 5⭐

We returned to Knoxville again for the Big Ears music festival. Scott’s place was a calm, cozy and pretty respite from the hubbub of downtown, and the high-stimulation of the fest. Loved the backyard space, comfortable beds and nice bedroom. Being walking distance to downtown was a big selling point, and we found the neighborhood to be historic, quiet and with added amenities for busy travelers (like a couple fancy coffee shops). Scott was super responsive and a great communicator, and even kindly repaired a Keurig machine for our use. Would definitely return to Scott’s place on future visits to Knoxville! Thanks for being a great host, Scott!

Cozy little one bedroom, beautiful view. We saw deer every time we left the place. Just what we needed to get away for a little R & R and boating.

Great location, easy communication, and reasonable expectations- on the list to stay again!

The apartment was so charming and spacious! Beds were comfy, showers worked great. We were there for the big ears music festival and the location worked well for that. The closest restaurant is a dopo pizza which is some of the best I’ve ever had - but make a reservation! The only things I would mention are that there is no dining table and with 4 people, eating together was a little uncomfortable. Also, a couple of times all of the parking places were taken. It wasn’t too hard to find a spot on the street though. All in all, totally recommend!

This was my first time renting "a room" and it went very well. Shauntae is easy to get along with and does well at just giving you your own space. Her dogs are well behaved and never really had an issue. They got along great with my pup. It's very easy to get in and out and the neighborhood it is very quiet. There is a wonderful park within minutes from her house that is great for walks. Things I would recommend if staying a little longer. If you plan to cook, you may want to bring a larger pan and pot or small appliances. There is nothing wrong with what she has but they are on the smaller size for cooking. The bed is very soft, so if you like that you will love the bed. I am firm bed guy, so it did make my back sore. Again, this is a preference thing and has no relevance to the rating. Altogether a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again! Thank you!!!!

Everything you would hope for in an Airbnb! Location, clean, stocked with everything you need, fun amenities, and hot tub worked great! Host did a great job providing a hospitable experience. We will be back!

Mark's place was wonderful. My husband was working in the area and it was so nice to come home at night and be quiet and peaceful. Beautiful place, definitely would love to stay there again.
