Casa Amena, suspended between the sky and the sea, located on the hill of “Neso” (Oneso) which overlooks the town of Lacco Ameno, worldwide famous for its thermal waters. It is near the ancient Villa Zavota which now is known as Villa Parodi Delfino. Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. Our House offers small apartments, completely furnished suitable for families. - living room equipped with a with kitchen corner . - master bedroom - spacious bathroom with shower -lush mediterranean garden: lawn/ solarium/barbecue, vegetable garden, fruit trees, citrus trees and vineyard over 2000 m2 The furnishings are functional, modern and well looked after -the kitchen is fully equipped in order to fix your own breakfast or other meals -parking available for motorbikes and cars -Our Apartment is located in a very quiet spot however it is only 5 min on foot from the town of Lacco Ameno, with its thermal spas, shops, beaches, the marina and museums. Gli ospiti potranno raggiungere il mare passeggiando per 5 minuti lungo una piacevole strada che conduce alla bellissima spiaggia di San Francesco, attrezzata da numerosi stabilimenti balneari.

Situato sul Corso principale di Lacco Ameno, e’formato da una camera da letto matrimoniale, poltrona letto, bagno, cucina. L'ampio terrazzo panoramicissimo, dal quale ammirare il porto di lacco ameno e il suo "fungo", è attrezzato per potervi cenare e sdraiarsi al sole. Basta scendere le scale di casa per avere tutto a disposizione; spiagge, fermata bus, taxi, parcheggio, supermarket, bar, ristoranti, shopping, e a meno di 1km la splendida baia di S. Montano e il Museo di Pithecusae.

My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in square, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

L'appartamento composto da camera da letto, bagno, soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto, terrazzo si affaccia su un ampio giardino con vista privilegiata sull'incantevole baia di Citara, dove le sfumature suggestive dei tramonti foriani, regalano ogni giorno emozioni contrastanti ed intense. L'appartamento dista circa 300 m dalle spiaggie di Citara, Cava dell'Isola e dal Parco Termale "Giardini Poseidon ". Il centro storico dista circa 2 km.

Casa Nonna Pina - Ischia Porto

Appartamento finemente ristrutturato sul porto d'Ischia con accesso immediato (meno di 1 minuto a piedi) alla biglietteria e ai rispettivi imbarchi dei traghetti e degli aliscafi. La posizione strategica di cui gode, permette l'accesso a piedi allo stazionamento degli autobus, al corso principale dell'isola, al centro storico Ischia Ponte, nonché ai vari locali e ristorantini tipici della movida isolana localizzati sulla Riva Destra del porto.

The apartment has a bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed. Small swimming pool heated in cooler periods available to guests at set times. The use of the heated swimming pool is reserved for the months from September to June with times that will be communicated upon arrival.
