We are renting a large, bright and new 80.00 m2 apartment that has a 15.00 m2 private terrace. The apartment has two bedrooms and one living room. It is equipped with designer furniture and the kitchen is fully equipped: vitroceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer. It can accommodate up to 4 people in its four beds furnished with high-density mattresses. The living room has a large window. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one of them with toilet, bidet and bathtub, and the other one with toilet and shower. It also has three large closets, AC / heating in each room, cable TV, a flat 24” LCD screen and free WIFI Internet connection available. It is located in a fine, nice area, just 10 blocks from Serrano Square, the heart of Palermo, famous for its designer shops, exclusive restaurants and nightlife. 2 blocks from the apartment we find the new commercial hub of fashion outlets in Aguirre Street.
