Kythnos: aluguel por temporada para famílias

Très belle endroit avec une magnifique vu et une plage toute proche, il est possible de sans voiture mais cela est très compliqué, je conseille donc vivement de louer une voiture et de plus le faire en avance car lors de mon séjour il n’y avait plus une voiture disponible. Cependant Dimitrios et le gardien Luciano ont été d’un grande gentillesse et ont cherchés des solutions. Bref, extraordinaire

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans ce lieu incroyable. La vue était tout simplement magnifique, offrant des panoramas à couper le souffle. L'intérieur était joliment décoré, avec une attention aux détails qui rendait l'atmosphère à la fois élégante et accueillante. De plus, le logement était impeccablement propre, ce qui a grandement contribué à notre confort. L'hôte était extrêmement sympathique et attentionné, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous aider. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu et nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially from the pool area, which quickly became our favorite spot. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. It also catered perfectly to our baby’s needs. The host and their team were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. In the evenings, stargazing from the terrace was magical, adding to the peaceful ambiance. A perfect getaway for families or anyone looking for relaxation in a stunning setting!

La casa è bellissima, così vicina al mare che sempre di stare in barca. Pulitissima e ben arredata. Gli host sono stati gentilissimi, disponibili, precisi e reattivi (Elina, la figlia del proprietario, è sempre stata velocissima a rispondere ai messaggi) e ci hanno aiutato con vari problemi che abbiamo avuto che non dipendevano dall’alloggio. Purtroppo a metà vacanza ha iniziato a soffiare fortissimo il Meltemi (da quel punto di vista la posizione della casa non aiuta, ma va anche detto che abbiamo avuto molta sfortuna col vento in quei giorni) e ha un po’ rovinato l’atmosfera..che peccato, ce la saremmo voluta godere di più. Sicuramente da consigliare.

We loved our stay. Beautiful house and the view is amazing.

We had a great 10 days family reunion. We enjoyed every moment. The house offers a home away from home feeling with a bit of Greek charm. It's quite close to the Athens International Airport (a bit over 30 minutes of drive time). Konstantina was quick to answer any questions and provided us with a welcome package in the fridge that was most appreciated. A car is necessary since the daily shopping can only be done ~7km away (~10 minutes by car). A nice beach is within walking distance (less than 5 minutes away). It is rather secluded, but a bit rocky. Beach shoes are necessary and it might not be considered child-friendly. It's quite empty during workdays and during the weekends it attracts a bit more locals. Multiple other great beaches can be found in relative close proximity, but not within walking distance. They also have beach bars and sunbeds. The nearest child-friendly beaches can be found in Palaia Fokaia, which is ~7km away (~10 minutes by car). Multiple tourist attractions can be found within less that 2 hours of drive time: - the Temple of Poseidon near Sounio - Palaia Fokaia, a charming Greek little town - the Attica Zoo - the Port of Piraeus - Athens with all its' wonders - the Corinth Canal Overall it was a great experience that's worth being repeated.

What a lovely villa south of Athens. Alexander and Helena have a truly special home. The views are beautiful and the setting extremely peaceful. You will need a rental car if you choose to stay here, but it is worth it if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. Athens is not far, Sounion is about 30 minutes, and Lavrio about 15 minutes. There are many beaches nearby, and many markets to purchase food and other goods. As others noted, there is a short dirt road to access the villa. It is not a problem. If we ever return to the area, I would absolutely stay again.

Magnifique séjour, Angelo est un hôte disponible et très chaleureux. Le repas préparé par sa femme était excellent et ses petites attentions très appréciées. Le logement est confortable, fonctionnel, bien situé et à proximité des principaux centres d'attraction de l'île. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

C'est une magnifique et grande maison qui se situe sur la plage (quasi déserte lorsque nous y avons séjourné !) ❤️ Après la plage, la terrasse est un énorme coup de coeur : elle est très grande et vraiment bien ombragée. Elle est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est entourée d'arbres et de plantes et en plus, elle dispose de plusieurs coins différents où se poser tout au long des différents moments de la journée. Ça c'était vraiment extra, vu que nous passons la majorité du temps dehors !! Il y a aussi des transats confortables mis à disposition sur la plage. Bref, un séjour au top du top pour les familles ou les groupes d'amis qui, comme nous, recherchent la beauté et le calme ! Une voiture est indispensable pour se rendre à la maison. Nous en avons loué une au port (45€/jour). Nous avons pu ainsi découvrir l'île. Le petit bar au bout de la plage est sympathique et accueillant. L'accueil très chaleureux du père de Maria a été très appréciable 😊 Merci encore pour tout Maria !

*Both Greek and English Text*. Το κατάλυμα, το μέρος και η οικοδέσποινά μας ήταν εξαιρετικά! Μείναμε δύο άτομα μ’ ένα μωράκι εφτά μηνών δέκα ημέρες. Απολαύσαμε πάρα πολύ την καταπληκτική θέα του καταλύματός μας, σε σημείο που κάποια στιγμή δεν επιθυμούσαμε να βγαίνουμε για φαγητό και παραγγέλναμε για δείπνο στο μπαλκόνι με θέα το Αιγαίο. Το σπίτι είχε συνεχώς δροσιά καθ’ όλη την διάρκεια της παραμονής μας. Ένα όμορφο καθαρό κατάλυμα, μ’ έναν πολύ όμορφο περιβάλλοντα χώρο! Αυτό, που προσωπικά, μου άρεσε περισσότερο απ’ όλα ήταν, ότι το βράδυ μπορούσε να σε πάρει όμορφα ο ύπνος ακούγοντας το κύμα από την παραλία. Η οικοδέσποινα μας η κα. Αιμιλία, ήταν πάντοτε διαθέσιμη σ’ ότι και αν της ζητήσαμε, ειδικά με την παρουσία του μικρού μωρού μας, ενώ δεν έχανε ευκαιρία να μας φιλέψει από κουλουράκια μέχρι φρέσκα σύκα του Αυγούστου. Η Κανάλα είναι επίσης μια πολύ όμορφη περιοχή, ιδανική την περίοδο που επικρατούν τα μελτέμια καθώς έχει (αν όχι την πιο απάνεμη) μια από τις πιο απάνεμες παραλίες του νησιού. Η Κανάλα μοιραζόταν στη μέση τις διαδρομές που θέλαμε να κάνουμε στο νησί (Χώρα, παραλία Κολώνα, Δρυόπιδα, παραλία Γαιδουρόμαντρα). Έχει επίσης εστιατόρια και καφέ όπως το Αρχιπέλαγος και το Molos. Our accommodation, the place and our hostess were excellent! We stayed two persons and a seven-month-old baby for ten days. We enjoyed the amazing view of our accommodation so much that at one point we didn't want to go out to eat and ordered dinner on the balcony overlooking the Aegean. The house was constantly cool throughout our stay. A beautiful clean accommodation, in a very beautiful area! What I personally liked the most was that at night you could fall asleep listening to the waves from the beach. Our hostess Ms. Emilia, she was always available for whatever we asked of her, especially with the presence of our little baby, while she never missed an opportunity to treat us from cookies to fresh August figs. Kanala is also a very beautiful area, ideal during the “meltemia” weather as it has (if not the most windless) one of the most windless beaches on the island. Kanala is placed in the middle of all the routes we wanted to do on the island (Chora, Kolona beach, Dryopida, Gaidouromantra beach etc). It also has restaurants and cafes such as Archipelagos and Molos.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Kali Livadi chez Constantinos et ses parents. L’endroit est très beau et très calme. La vue sur la petite baie est magnifique. La maison est à l’abri du vent et la plage à cinq minutes à pied. Constantinos et sa famille sont très proactifs, très gentils et très serviables. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Encore un tout grand merci pour ces dix jours.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans la maison de Marina. A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Yannis qui nous a aussi bien aidé a plusieurs occasions. La vue est magnifique et la plage à proximité est parfaite. La maison est fonctionnelle et bien décorée. La climatisation fonctionne bien (nous y étions pendant la canicule). La terrasse est très agréable en soirée. Nous serions ravis d’y retourner.

Ένα πολύ όμορφο καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο δωμάτιο με μαγευτική θέα . Η άφιξη στο δωμάτιο είναι λίγο δύσκολη διότι έχει 150 σκαλιά αλλά μόλις δεις την θέα τα ξεχνάς. Η κυρία Σοφία πολύ γλυκιά και ευγενική.

We came for a week to relax and the place is absolute paradise. The perfect place to get away but still be able to drive to next town for restaurants or shopping. The house is very spacious and feels warm and welcoming. It has really everything you might need. Sitting in the sun by the pool looking at the ocean and the ferrys sailing by while eating a home cooked meal with local ingredients is heavenly. The house has many rooms and we slept extremely well. We are very grateful for Alexandra hosting us and will 100 % come back should we return to Kea. The island is gorgeous and we went on some hikes and drives to explore. We recommend a car/ SUV to get around.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Adam. The Villa was beautiful luxurious and private. We had a group of 12 and we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. This was the highlight of our holiday. We loved the pool, views and gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. We would defiantly come back again and can highly recommend this Villa with wonderful hosts. Thank you.

Wonderful stay as a family of four in Serifos, Great retreat, and had a dreamy week. YOU WILL NEED A VEHICLE IF TOU WANT TO GET ABOUT REGULARLY! Knowing this we booked a car and came and went happily and regularly. Good when it’s windy, lovely when the wind settles, all in all a cracking stay

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in einem wunderbaren Haus. Es ist sehr privat gelegen ein weiteres Haus befindet sich darüber im Hang– dieses war aber zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt nicht belegt. Wir sind mit sechs Personen gereist und hatten insgesamt vier Doppelzimmer und drei Badezimmer zur Verfügung. Eines davon liegt im Erdgeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss ist die Raumaufteilung extrem großzügig mit einer sehr gut ausgestattete und funktionalen Küche. Das Haus hat eine herrliche Terrasse, einen wunderbaren Garten und einen herrlichen Swimmingpool. Der war angenehmen frisch, aber nicht zu kalt. Alles macht einen sehr gepflegten und Blitz sauberen Eindruck. Mit der Vermieterin waren wir im ständigen Kontakt und sie hat immer binnen von Minuten auf jegliche Fragestellung sehr hilfreich reagiert. In der Nähe gibt es herrliche Strände und auf der Insel auch gute Restaurants zu entdecken. Auch hier waren die Tipps wirklich wertvoll. Einen Leihwagen benötigt man idealerweise. Kurzum wirklich top!

Unbelievable stay! Highly recommended! We had an absolutely incredible time at this Airbnb. The location is perfect. The views from the property are breathtaking, and the pool is an absolute 10/10! We loved spending time relaxing by the pool, enjoying the pool bar and loved the amazing food they serve – everything was super delicious. What made our stay even more special were the hosts. They were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We will definitely be coming back!! :)

Υπεροχος και καθαρος χώρος. Καταπληκτικη θεα . Η πισινα επιβλητική οπως και ολόκληρο το οίκημα .Ανετη διαμονη για 2 οικογένειες. Σχετικα δυσκολη προσβαση καθως τα τελευταια 2 χιλιομετρα γίνονται σε κακοτραχαλο δρόμο.θα θελαμε το σπιτι να διαθετει εστω τα βασικα για πρωινό καθως και χαρτι κουζινας και χαρτοπετσετες καθως η έλλειψη τους σε συνδυασμό με τον δρομο μας δυσκόλεψε το πρωτο πρωινο. Οπως και να εχει θα χαρουμε να επιστρέψουμε γιατι ειναι ενας χωρος που πραγματικά αξίζει.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is exactly as on photos. The view was amazing, we stare at it for hours. In the summer the sunsets were exactly where you want them to bee, and sunrises too. The only thing I think is worthy to mention is privacy. You can see people in the neighboring house. And sometimes they can see you. It's the last house of the row so its better. But everyone around was very nice and normal. No loud parties. Just kids but that was good to. Just a bunch of people enjoying the view and the weather. And we felt alright with privacy. I that sometimes you really want to be alone and it's not the place. On the other hand it feels safe to leave the doors open at night, just leave mosquito nets on, cuz you're not alone on a mountain, the area as a whole is private and feels safe. Anyway, we enjoyed it. Thank you for hosting us. Kea was good.
