Kyiv: aluguel por temporada pet friendly

Одержувала помешкання для тихої дівочої вечірки на 7 людей. Це місце підійшло ідеально- чисте повітря, величезна територія, великий будинок. Всі помістились і всім було комфортно, затишно і достатньо місця. Господарі дуже привітні і надзвичайно швидко відповідають на повідомлення ☺️ відпочинок однозначно коштував витрачених коштів! Будемо повертатись ще)

якось в один день я, мій хлопець і собака по імені Платон вирішили вирватись з міських джунглів і відпочити в лісних джунглях, після довгого пошуку ми знайшли будиночок пана Олега. по-перше хочу подякувати за такий теплий прийом, всі вказівки, рекомендації, купу маленьких деталей і комунікацію по-друге це дійсно шок - сидиш в самому центрі осокорків, а враження ніби за містом. тепер, -ножі є, і не один, не два а штук 7 -так, дійсно душова в зоні бані, але не знаю мене навіть прикололо і так більше місця. проте зважайте це в кого є запити -і так само туалет, тому кому буде напряжно бігати по сходам (літні люди, діти..) то треба це враховувати -так, десь трішки не криштальна чистота, але в основному це на вулиці. а це вулиця, ало) але ж -басейн! класний, чистенький, просторий -генератор! це зараз маст хев -велика ділянка з лежаками, гамаками -і взагалі дуже приємна атмосфера для того, щоб нічого не робити приємний бонус: собака приймала сонячні ванни 24/7 тому я супер рекомендую

Відпочиваємо в помешканні Яни вже 3й раз. Завжди хочеться повертатися для відпочинку. Хороша локація для усамітнення, в будинку всього вистачає. Господарі йдуть на зустріч щодо часу заселення і виселення. Було приємно провести час у вас. Дякуємо!

Мілана - надзвичайно приємна людина, яка швидко відповідає і в першу чергу думає про комфорт гостей, а не про гроші. Це надзвичайно приємно, всім раджу з нею працювати

Уютная ,комфортная квартира. В 10 минутах от дома есть хорошая транспортная развязка. 20-25 мин идти до вокзала. Рядом много магазинов и супермаркетов. Хозяин быстро отвечает на смс и просто приятный человек. По этому смело могу рекомендовать)

I didn't stay at Марина's place - I donated money because I wanted to support her during this time.

The apartment itself is fantastic. Taras was the one that checked me in, and Alyona was the one who took care of any additional requests and fixes throughout the apartment. The apartment is very homely and nice. It has everything you need for a short AND long-term stay. If you work on the internet, the connection is fast as well. The entrance to the building and lobby/elevator area definitely need renovations (it is from the soviet era), but otherwise, once you enter the actual apartment, it is really great. Also, the location is absolutely central, with a busy shopping mall right next door, along with restaurants and bars that are open very very late. Finally, one side of the apartment faces a busy street, which my roommate found a bit noisy, while the other side of the apartment faces a very quiet and peaceful side. Overall, I enjoyed staying here for a month. Thank you Taras and Alyona

The location is awesome! It's city downtown, yet a quiet place. Zoloti vorota (Golden gate) is a 10 mins walk. A plenty of good restaurants and cafes are there. A big supermarket is across the street. The apartment has everyone you might need. Notice that a tumble dryer is combined with the washer machine (at first I was confused why it was not visible on apartment pictures). Dana was very responsive and positive, even though I had to change my stay dates like a dozen of times! Thanks Dana!

I did not stay here. However I wanted to help someone in Ukraine who would be able to use the money to help others. I hope this was the case. All the best to the Ukrainian people in these terrible times .

This place has everything you need for a short or a long stay. It's very accessible by metro, but also very quiet, in a neighborhood with a lot of families and children -- it felt very safe to walk around at all times. It's conveniently located near a large Novus supermarket. I felt at home here right away. I would definitely like to return during my next trip to Kyiv. Alexander is very responsive and helped me very quickly whenever I had questions.
