This house is built on 3 levels and it is fully equipped. Sheets/towels are provided. Car or scooter is definetely necessary. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.
