The house is 132 square meters including the balcony and fully equipped with 3 bedrooms, AC in each room, kitchen, laundry machine and two bathrooms.

The peaceful Bali Residence house Villa Saimaa offers a great setting for a relaxing holiday. Please note that electricity is not included in the nightly rate and is charged separately based on actual consumption (7 THB/kWh). The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two separate beds. The living room has a sofa bed. There are six beds in total. Villaen har eget privat basseng, 1-1, 5meter dyp, og 40 cm barnebasseng. Bare noen få minutters gange unna ligger den sjarmerende, gamle delen av Mae Phim, med hyggelige restauranter, massasjesteder og små butikker.
