ubytovanie bolo čisté a príjemné, tak ako na fotkách. Komunikácia s pánom Patrikom bola veľmi rýchla a jasná. Byt je umiestnený blízko centra, no napriek tomu okolie tiché a vhodné na spanie. Postele pohodlné, kúpeľňa čistá, kuchynka mala všetko čo sme potrebovali. Tiež dekorácia celého bytu veľmi príjemná. Odporúčam a ďakujeme.

Všetko bolo super a čisté. Lokácia 3 min pešo od centra. Dizajnový a útulný byt. Maximálna spokojnosť :)

The apartment was brilliant, clean and as described with a great view. It was very convenient and close to the city centre. The host was extremely helpful, gave great advice for food and drink locations and was brilliant. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. We really enjoyed our stay!

I had a great stay at Peter’s place! The flat is in a fantastic location, walking distance to everything, very quiet, and easy to access. It has a super comfortable and spacious bed, a great couch in the living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and an amazing, large shower. Plus, there’s a washer and dryer, which is super convenient. If you work remotely, the living room has a decent table and a reliable internet connection. Peter and his wife were excellent hosts, always communicative and available. Would definitely stay again!

Wspaniały dom - idealny dla czterech rodzin z trójka dzieci. Bardzo czysty i gustownie urządzony. Wiele dogodności, jak moskitiery, zmywarka, grill, miejsce na ognisko, trampolina, piaskownica, jadalnia i salon, TV w każdym pokoju. Świetna lokalizacja w odległości ok 5 minut pieszo od basenów. Bardzo sympatyczni właściciele!

Gyönyörű helyen, fantasztikus kilátással, hatalmas kerttel, sütögetővel, grillsütővel és két terasszal rendelkező takaros házikó, szuper kedves házigazdával! Örülök, hogy itt szálltunk meg! :)

Really well renovated old house, matching the era when it was built - super authentic. The interior and furniture is also well selected. The kitchen counter could have been bigger, as we are devoted cooks, but apart from this everything was absolutely perfect. The house is very comfortable, the garden is well kept and the surrounding and nature is just out of this world. There is a stream running in front of the property - you must try having your morning coffee standing barefoot in the stream and listening to…absolutely nothing but nature 💚

Skvělý pobyt! Ubytování bylo přesně podle popisu, čisté a pohodlné. Komunikace s hostitelem probíhala bez problémů a check-in byl jednoduchý. Lokalita byla skvělá, blízko všeho, co jsme potřebovali. Rozhodně doporučuji a rád bych se sem vrátil!

Wonderful place! A spacious, well-equipped apartment with a touch of luxury—perfect for relaxing after an action‑packed day. The delightful terrace is especially great for enjoying breakfast in the morning. The property is pet‑friendly, which was a big plus for us. The host was incredibly kind and helpful; everything went smoothly and without a hitch. There’s parking right in front of the building. The surroundings are picturesque and peaceful, making it an excellent base for climbing and exploring local attractions. The only surprise was the Roma villages we passed along the way, which create an unusual contrast with the rest of the region. Nevertheless, this place is definitely worth recommending—beautiful, comfortable, and full of character.

This is the second time we stayed in Martina’s apartments. Everything is new and well designed. Unbeatable location. We’ll return!

Just perfect - perfect appartment, will equiped, good communication with housekeepers, fast check in, 15 minutes from old city, 10 minutes to big shopping center, 4 minutes to closest supermarket, very quiet location. I think it's best option in Kosice

Everything was great. Everything was great, just as described on the website. There were no issues with parking, there was always a free spot available.Well-equipped with everything you need. There is a nice park nearby and the downtown is very close. The apartment owner is very polite and answers questions quickly. I recommend this apartment for both short and long stays.

Einfache Kommunikation, Wohnung genau wie auf den Bildern. Eine bessere Lage ist kaum möglich. Direkt in der Innenstadt und alles gut zu erreichen.
