It has a nice view, floor to ceiling windows and heated floor and a private parking space in the building lot. It’s 3 minutes away from Platinia mall where there are restaurants, cafes, a gym, a supermarket among other things. The center is a 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute car ride. The bus station is in front of the mall where a bus to the center can be taken for two/three stops. Private parking.
