Πρόκειται για σπίτι περίπου 79 τ.μ., το οποίο απέχει λίγα μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ, beach bars, και ταβέρνες. Διατίθονται ηλεκτρικές συσκεύες (πιστολάκι, σίδερο, τοστιέρα, καφετιερα,βραστήρας , air condition,πλυντήριο) Η πρωτέυουσα του νησιού, Μύρινα, απέχει περίπου δεκαπέντε λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.

Το αρχαίο θέατρο της Ηφαιστιας και η παραλία του Κερους είναι μία ανάσα από το χωριό.
