This house is like a big (((hug)))! We were in town for tournament. The host was absolutely over the top with all good things! The house met all of our needs and more. We stayed in cold weather. The house was cozy and warm. The book collections that were available brought back a lot of old memories. Already booked for next years tourney :-)

The place was in a great spot and has a beautiful view of the lake. Cants wait to come back when it’s warmer! Terrific , responsive hosts!

I had an unexpected family emergency, Andy’s place was available, he understood the urgency of my need and helped me out quickly! It took what could have been a distressing time and made things much easier for me. I am grateful and will go back again if needed!

Beautiful cottage with amazing views ! Incredibly peaceful . Great outdoor deck (fully gated ,great for littles ) and fire pit area . House was very clean , almost smelled brand new. Loved checking out the guestbook and seeing the brochures for local attractions.

The only thing better than the house is the unobstructed view! This place packs a lot of character into a small and comfy package. I booked this place for a two night girls’ trip and it was just what we needed. We had everything we needed to gab all day and night, and the extra touches of robes, the oil diffuser, and toiletries made it almost spa-like! We would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful place to stay on the hill in Gambier! Was the perfect place for the Kenyon Baseball reunion. We all had an amazing time, and slept soundly in very comfortable beds. Thank you for the hospitality!

We needed a place to lay our heads for the night, this was that & so much more!

I stayed here for a local speaking event with one of my staff members, and we both felt very comfortable as the place is quite roomy. My bed was just right - I prefer a firmer mattress, so it seemed perfect for me. The linens were great quality and although others mentioned the sound at night on the Main Street, it was not an issue for us, whatsoever. Although we did not get time to visit local places, if I ever get to come back, I would certainly stay here again!

Beautiful downtown loft space. The owner was very easy to get in touch with. The space is HUGE. A great place to relax while also experiencing downtown. Will absolutely book again.

I had an unique situation where i had to extend the stay a few time. They worked with me so that i could keep the stay at the property and nit out myself in a bund by diubg so. I am very greeatful for the peoole at On Board Properties for their great assistance.

This charming little place is just as described. Quiet and peaceful, a great place to kick back and relax. Christine is a thoughtful host. She had the place warm and cozy up on arrival. From the toasty fireplace, to the loaf of homemade bread. We definitely recommend the stay.

Roger was great, BnB was great, all around nice place to stay! Quiet, Clean and private neigborhood, and we had no problems with road noise or neigbor noise. Every room was spotless and tidy, very much appreciated 👍 Would definitely stay here again. 10/10 Host

Hillside Villa was an amazing stay! Was very conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Berlin but also very quiet and peaceful. Was also very easy to find. We had the Hillside View Suite and it was an amazing view. Everything was very clean and above expectations. The owners are very responsive with communication. We will definitely be returning for future trips!

Hillside was a unique staying experience. It was very much a hostel style environment where there were a lot of shared common spaces and a good chance you will run into other guests. Which could make for a pretty unique experience if the other guests are sociable or friendly. It can also create an awkward experience if the others guests are loud or prefer privacy. The place was listed with washer dryer but we had to call to get access when the host said none was available upon arrival. The house is very large and up on a hill over looking the countryside. There was a faint musty smell in the home and some areas with water damage signs. The basement was a little worse with the smell. The pool table had seen better days and someone left it standing with a partially broken/unscrewed leg. We wanted to enjoy the downstairs tv area but the smell was a bit overwhelming. The place had a lot of potential. The room we stayed in itself was nice with it's own whirlpool tub. Kitchen access a plus!

Absolutely beautiful. We were provided everything we needed which was helpful since most stores were operating on Christmas hours. Our host Leon was prompt in response. The entire place was cleaned and the Bibles in every room made it seem so much like home. My family and I appreciate the hospitality and enjoyed our stay very much. I would definitely recommend for large groups and we will more than likely book again being as tho we always travel for Christmas

From the moment I arrived, Tony was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the place was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the atmosphere of the home was cozy and inviting. Tony was also very responsive to any questions I had, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Overall, I highly recommend staying here! We had a lovely stay! The wrap around covered porch with views of the rolling Amish farmlands was gorgeous. The double access to the room made it easy to bring in our belongings from our car without tromping through the shared space. The bed was very comfortable. The bath was huge and the jet tub was a nice surprise. We built a fire in the outdoor firepit and four other guests joined in for conversation. We really enjoyed having our own rocking chairs just outside our door to drink our wine in the evening and coffee in the morning while taking in that beautiful view! Late at night we enjoyed a few rounds of pool in the lower Game Room. If you are bird watchers, I highly recommend a visit here. From the Mockingbird that sits on the fencepost just under our room, to the numerous songbirds darting about and the rare Kestrel hiding in the Walnut trees. My Merlin App was lighting up with more birds than we could imagine! I highly recommend this Airbnb that is just a minute from town.
