Mitt lilla hus är ett prisvärt övernattningsställe med idealiskt läge. Sväng av och hitta boendet på baksidan av mitt hus. Ett eget trädäck runt huset ger en fin uteplats och om du känner för att grilla så finns allt du behöver. Vad vill du besöka? Österlen? Köpenhamn? Lund? Malmö? Hven? Boendet ligger 800 m från tågstation, tio minuters promenad från golfbana och 250 m från ICA-affär med generösa öppettider. Helkaklat badrum med dusch o toalett, kylskåp och Micro finns naturligtvis .

House with modern design close to the beach

Wake up to the sound of birds in this contemporary designed well built house, just a short stroll away from the beach and nature reserve. Located in the sleepy village of Nyhamnsläge on the Kulla Peninsula you have the opportunity to a wide range of activities such as hiking in meadows and gravel roads to the fishing village Mölle, a bike trip to visit one of our vineyards or a day trip to Copenhagen. Unique Cottage, Private Beach, flex check-out L-S

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Sommerhus med brændeovn og bålplads

Dejligt sommerhus på 90m² med hems i stille omgivelser, tæt ved fjorden og et skønt fællesområde med badebro i sommerhalvåret. Der er ikke udsigt over vandet fra huset. Alt er inkluderet i prisen, el, vand, håndklæder, sengelinned, viskestykker, og basisfødevarer som olie, sukker og krydderier. Brændeovnen er hovedkilde til opvarmning, der er el-varme på badeværelse lidt gulvvarme som er tændt når strømmen er billig. Haven ligger helt ugeneret med plads til spil, sport og leg.

Cozy Summerhouse by Forest on Island near CPH

Our lovely summerhouse is perfect for silence & coziness and for active family living. We have a lovely livingroom with a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipted kitchen and a small bathroom. Everything decorated with a mix of old and new furniture in our own nordic style. During summertime you can use our terrasses, zipline,trampoline, campfire etc in our hilly garden next to the small forest. If you are lucky you can watch deer on their walk crossing our garden in the morning.

Garnhuset beckons as the idyllic sanctuary for a blissful retreat, where time stands still and worries fade away.

Lovely treasure in the middle of Tisvildeleje.

Small wooden cottage located in a big parklike and lush garden, private and separate from the main house, only a few minutes to a large forest, lovely beaches and a charming town with shops, cafees and restaurants, and close to the train. It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.

Cottage by the Sea

Come experience beautiful Lomma by staying in our charming guest house right by the beach. Calm and stressless surroundings. Take a morning or an evening walk along the beautiful beach of Lomma. Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.

Hyggelig og idylisk hytte/sommerhus til en familie eller et par, der ønsker en overnatning. Mulighed for fiskeri i robåd, der er til rådighed i forbindelse med leje af hytten. Dejligt lyst sommerhus på 80m2. Ligger 70 m fra vandet. Med adgang til, fælles privat strandgrund, med badebro. Stor sydvendt træ terrasse i dejlig lukket have, på 800m2 grund. 10 minutter til Køge. Og 45 minutter til København. 15 minutter til Stevens klint. Huset bliver ikke udlejet til familier med børn under 8 år.

Romantisk idyl med luksusfaciliteter

Kun 8 minutters gang fra en af Danmarks dejligste badestrande ligger mit nyopførte sommerhus. (Sommer 2020). Der er alt hvad man kan ønske sig med 3 skønne træterrasser, så man har mulighed at følge solen fra tidlig morgen til sen aften, samt udebad, udekøkkenen og endda en shelter hvis man vil tættere på naturen.
