Step out onto the famous 'Fife Coastal Path' and explore miles of beautiful walking tracks. Being perfectly positioned in between St Andrews and the beautiful 'East Neuk', it's the ideal base to discover all Fife has to offer - world class golf, sandy beaches, delicious local food, and lots of fresh sea air!! (sorry, no pets.)

Braeview: Cosy studio farm cottage near St Andrews

We have lovingly converted a 200 year old cartshed into 2 cottages. Braeview Cottage at Braeside Farm is a spacious studio space with a king size bed on the mezzanine floor. Downstairs next to a modern kitchen you have an open area with large french doors to a patio with a great view across the brae. On a farm set in 13 acres and 500 m from the nearest road, you will savour the tranquillity yet it's a 10 to 15 min drive to St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh Airport. A car is required.

Pittenweem boasts the last working fishing harbour in the East Neuk with it's famous 117 mile long coastal path passing right through the village . The Burghers Kirk @ 136, St Andrews

The Burghers Kirk is a quaint 1 bedroom cottage full of character and quirky features with a secluded courtyard garden and is situated in the heart of St Andrews, close to the West Port and the medieval core of the town. Recently refurbished to a contemporary and high standard the cottage is suitable for 2 adults. Originally built in 1749 and used by the Burgher Kirk congregation, it was gifted to the St Andrews Preservation Trust in 1954 and reconstructed into a charming cottage.

This 1830s charming cottage has a front and back garden with stunning sea views. It's a short wander to the beach. Enjoy the large fully enclosed gardens while looking at the sea. We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.

Beautiful royal-village cottage with wood-burner

Eastmost Cottage is in a wonderful position on the edge of the historic village of Falkland. It's a short walk from the fine Renaissance Falkland Palace, the heart of the medieval village with its independent shops, cafes restaurants and pub. There is great walking in the Lomond hills, accessible on foot. The wonderful Covenanter has fantastic food all day; the Hayloft and Pillars of Hercules are lovely cafes. Fine dining at the Boar's Head in nearby Auchtermuchty.

Edina Cottage

Edina cottage is a traditional East Neuk cottage. It has been fully renovated and is very warm and cosy. There is a large king size bed room with ensuite bathroom and shower. A spacious twin bedroom. Down stairs there is a further shower room. The living room has a log burner. There is also a lovely sheltered garden with summer house and BBQ. Pittenweem is a beautiful traditional fishing village where you can buy freshly caught lobster from the harbour.

Smiddy Burn Cottage Kingsbarns

Smiddy Burn is a charming cosy cottage on two floors & is less than 10 minutes walk to Kingsbarns Golf Course & approximately 10 minutes drive from St Andrews. Small apartment in the center of Crail

A brand new apartment in an outbuilding in our garden. Two story, plus a bed in the mezzanine. The bedroom and bath room are downstairs. Perfect for a couple with a kid, or 2 friends ( the ladder to the mezzanine is a bit steep ) A wooden stove is there to warm up winter evenings. You will enjoy Crail and its surroundings, as we are in the heart of the village.
