Charming Eco Cottage in Cairngorm National Park

Located in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park our 3 bedroom EcoCottage sits on a private lane, in the idyllic Highland village of Kincraig. Explore the local area by day & coorie in for a cosy evening by the log burner. The artisan Post Office Cafe at the end of the road serves barista coffee & delicious daily specials. Loch Insh Centre offers year-round activities, and its Boathouse Restaurant is easily reached on foot, while our local pub, The Suie, has a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Cosy modern cabin- Carrbridge, near Aviemore

Bike and ski friendly accommodation in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. Birchwood Bothy is a newly built cabin with all the amenities you will need after an adventure in the outdoors. Chill outside on the balcony with a morning coffee or cosy up in the colder months in front of the log burner. You'll find beautiful forest trails and a river path straight from the door and you are just a 10 minute walk into Carrbridge village where there is a local shop, great pub, gallery and cafe.

Aviemore, Kincraig, Kirkbeag

Kirkbeag, an old church converted to a very high standard, is located on the Aviemore side of Kincraig, nestled in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. It is ideally suited to big family groups. It sits beside the B9152 within walking distance of the village pub & close to Loch Insh Watersports Centre and all the activities available on Alvie Estate. It has a large garden set in forest with direct access to the Speyside Way which provides cycle/walking access to Aviemore (all offroad).

Spectacular Modern House

iolaire is a state of the art bespoke eco house designed by award winning architect Dualchas. With 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms the house sleeps 6 people and is perfect for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The contemporary open plan living area and external decking area are fantastic for socialising and entertaining with a backdrop of spectacular uninterrupted panoramic views of the Cairngorms. The house has been recently refurbished for 2019 with the finest luxury furnishings.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Soillerie Beag: haven in Cairngorms National Park

Soillerie Beag is a self-catering cottage in the quiet village of Insh in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. The cottage lies on the boundary of the Insh Marshes RSPB nature reserve and has views across the open countryside to the Spey Valley and Monadhliath Mountains. The area is an outdoor enthusiast's paradise, offering walking, cycling, fishing, bird watching, golf, sailing, climbing and ski-ing. Soillerie Beag is the perfect peaceful retreat. This dog friendly farmhouse with amazing views across the Cairngorms is ideal for family holidays or for groups of friends, in the summer and winter months. Set-up to accommodate up to 8 adults in 4 bedrooms, there is also plenty of reception space with a sitting room, kitchen/dining room and a wonderful sunroom that offers further living space. Additionally there is a large utility space and a storage area available to cater for your self-catering holiday in the Highlands of Scotland.

Snowgate Cabin Glenmore

The closest house to the Cairngorm's. Based in the very heart of the Cairngorms National Park Snow Gate Cabin is the last dwelling sitting right at the foot of the Cairngorms themselves. The cabin sleeps two people comfortably, including an open plan living/sleeping area housing a small kitchenette with an electric hob and a shower /wc room. A log burner gives the room a super cosy feel. The cabin shares a driveway with the owners whose property is next door to the cabin.

Zippity-Do-Da House (Cinema and Hot Tub) Aviemore

Zippity-Do-Da House has been individually designed and built by your hosts George and Gillian and is set amidst the stunning scenery of the Cairngorm National Park. The split level house is on 5 levels with lovely light and great views. The house provides flexible family accommodation, as well as fabulous scenery and is close to all local amenities. Cinema Room and Hot Tub. Please note: no bookings from Stag or Hen parties.
