We have a pool and deck with a BBQ in season that we will share. We are close to popular hiking / snowshoeing trails ,wineries and shopping. WELCOME to the Guesthouse @ 303! We welcome you to our new Guesthouse. Two bedrooms on the upper level with the kitchen, living and bathroom on the main level make it ideal for families. Air conditioning, brand new appliances including washer and dryer and a Roku TV. We love our furry friends so we are conditionally pet-friendly. You must request pre approval for your small breed pet then we will navigate together the additional cleaning fee at that time. No partying or smoking, please!
