Completely separate, private suite with ample parking on a 5-acre smallholding in Noordhoek. Original wood flooring, queen XL bed with Egyptian-cotton bedlinen, smart TV, fridge, microwave, gas cooker and automatic coffee machine, desk and wifi plus a private, sunny courtyard with firepit. The sizeable en-suite bathroom has a cast-iron bath and large shower.

Our Guest Studio is a luxury designer home, wanting for nothing. A wonderful flow from the modern open plan living area to the sunny patio with breath taking garden and mountain views. It is located right next to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and is only a few minutes drive to the Constantia wineries and to the City of Cape Town. It is a very quiet area where you can take a walk in the neighbourhood or do your running exercises directly from your pavillion.
