One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

Each bedroom has a queen bed & a twin murphy bed. Limit 4 people. This is a vacation rental, if you need anything, please let us know. If you do not need anything then, our staff has done a good job. .
