Surrounded by nature, it is a place to slow down the time and relax As it is very easy to get to the the good trekking paths and the roads to discover the village and the area; you have many possibilites to reach the markets, the town and secret bays: trekking, biking, taxi, buses. There is good WiFi to working homeoffice.(Turkcell Superbox)we changed our bed :)

Huzurlu doğa içerisindeki yerimizde aileniz ve arkadaşlarınızla dinlenebilir, ferah bahçesinde keyifli anlar yaşayabilirsiniz… Not; Kış sezonu olan (01/11/2025-31/03/2026) tarihlerinde villamızın yüzme havuzu aktiftir ve çalışmaya devam edecektir ama havuzumuzda ısıtma sistemi yoktur. Amacımız temiz olması ve görüntüsü hoş olmasıdır. Tabi dileyen misafirlerimiz yüzebilir. Villamız kış modunda konforunuz için havlu terlik, battaniye, yorgan ve taşınabilir konvektör ısıtıcı sağlanacaktır.

Havuzumuzda ısıtma bulunmuyor kayaköyün en popüler restaurantlarının hemen yanında çok merkezidir 200 mb/ fiber internet mevcuttur . Ölüdeniz plajına ve Fethiye merkeze araç ile 15 dk mesafededir. Kayaköy tursitik mekanlar ve tarihi yapısı ile keyifli bir köydür.

The villa has been carefully restored to create a beautiful and relaxing rural getaway.Each boutique Cottage has a private area and the property is surrounded by gardens, fruit trees and a rustic stone wall. The property boasts panoramic views of rolling hills and sweet scented pine forests with a mountainous backdrop. Above the Valley you can see the sea twinkling between the hills behind the abandoned Greek Village that forms the heart of Kaya Village.

This lovely old stone house is private and peaceful and has a stunning glass mosaic roof pool with kitchen/fire pit/BBQ for watching the stars and eagles!
