The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. Perfectly located in the heart of Frankton within walking distance of shops and restaurants, or take in the lake views and pick your own summer fruit trees!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Two queen bedrooms with a great living and kitchen area to enjoy. It’s a new Jacks Point home with great views of the mountains and golf course and very close to the Remarkable’s ski field! The house is located a skip and a hop from the clubhouse to go grab coffee or a meal. The rooms have built in wardrobes & share a large bathroom with a powder room downstairs also. Warm with electric fireplace, heat pump and under floor heating to keep cozy.

We live in the main house which is nearby but a a separate dwelling on the property. We have 2 white cats that roam the property but do not go into the apartment.
