Der er åbent køkken, alrum, stue. alt er i fin stand og godt indrettet. Gulvet knirker dog lidt og dørene binder, da det jo ikke er et nyt hus. Men er er fint og rart at være. I får huset alene, men når det ikke er lejet ud, bor jeg her selv med mine to børn. Der vil derfor været private ting i boligen.

Our house is both unique, charming and well functioning. Located in the famous "Kartoffelrækkerne", the house is close both to coffee shops and places to eat, SMK (National Gallery of Denmark), public transport (metro, buses) and to the city center (20 minutes of walk). This beautiful and spacious family villa apartment on 90 square meters with garden, are located close to the metro station, 10 minutes from the airport, 4 minutes from the inner city and close to the beach . The villa is separated in three apartments - one on each floor of the villa. On the first floor there is living a family of three.
