Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. Your own private stylish apartment in my house, located in Tallkrogen/Enskede only 15 min on the metro from central Stockholm. Parking available right outside. I just had this beautiful apartment build and everything is brand new. Two rooms: a private bedroom with a queen size bed for two, and a living room with a full kitchen. The living room has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed that sleeps two more people.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Det finns tillgång till tvättmaskin under längre vistelser, enligt överenskommelse.
