This place is paradise. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable, has everything one might need. The garden is beautiful with a pleasant shade from the palm trees and a fresh breeze from the ocean. The view from the terrace beats everything, it's spectacular.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nikos place! Thank you very much for everything! I stayed alone with my twins ( 6 years old) and we had enough space for all of us. The apartment has literally everything that one might need, fully equipped good kitchen, everything clean and tidy. The coffee in the morning on the balcony with a view over the small beach was very much enjoyed. Nikos is extremely helpful, friedly and very kind. He proactively asked whether we need anything, helped with a lot of other things, so I could not be more grateful and thankful. Finiki is a very quite and peaceful location, it was perfect for me with the children, cause the apartment is just across the small beach ( almost no traffic). But you need a car to get some groceries or simply explore the island. Thank you Nikos one more time for all your hospitality and kindness. Genuily appreciated!

The apartment was just as described in the photos Very well laid out and everything you needed was provided Maria was very friendly and helpful Quiet this time of year beach bars etc not open a lovely walk a long a board walk to a choice of beaches We had a lovely relaxing 3 weeks.

All communication was great. We arrived at night and had no problem finding the place. It is about a 15 minute walk to central part of boardwalk/town for restaurants and cafes etc. There is large hill on way back from town to accommodation in case you have mobility issues. The place has a beautiful deck facing the sea which we basically spent all our time. Great to have clothes drying rack and good washing machine with detergent. Bathrooms were both clean. Upstairs bathroom had a drain that overflowed if you run water to long. Hot water was plentiful, cold was filtered (a nice touch). Parking space was right out front. LInens and towels were fine. Host provided a bowl of fruit at arrival which was a nice touch. Also provided nice beach blankets which were great! The host was so very kind, helpful, funny and always interested in our day and gave us good tips. Her husband was pleasant too. There were three of us travelling and staying here was great. We recommend this place wholeheartedl

Sophia's bungalow it's conveniently located one kilometers from Pigadia, but not far from supermarkets, shops and all the restaurants. It has a nice backyard garden and face directly the beach across the street . Sophia's full of suggestions and great tips about the island's beaches and restaurants, music and life in Karphatos , she's very quick to reply and always available. We enjoyed the place and recommend it.

Viel Platz auch um SchnorchelEquipment zu reinigen. Wasser Anschluss vor der Haustür. Lage optimal um alle Ausflugsziele in 30-90 min zu erreichen. Nächster Supermarkt und Geldautomat 8min mit dem Auto in Arkasa. Strand und Gastro in Finiki top.

We had a wonderful stay at George and Roula’s beautiful home. The house is stunning, with a spacious terrace offering breathtaking sea views. Everything is thoughtfully designed for a peaceful vacation, impeccably clean, modern, and lovingly maintained by the hosts. The location is a bit secluded, so a car is essential. This seclusion was perfect for escaping city life. The area can be windy, which can be tiring, especially when your oatmeal gets scattered by the wind on the terrace. However, these little inconveniences are quickly forgotten when you take a morning dip at the nearly "private" beach. Although we enjoy streaming services, during our 9-day stay, the only show we watched was the spectacular sunset and the windsurfers on the waves. A big thank you to George and Roula for their wonderful hospitality and the groceries they left for us on the first day, sparing us the immediate need to shop. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for a memorable stay.

La maman d’Eleni a été extrêmement sympathiques qui nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de chaleur à nôtres arrivée. Le logement est vraiment agréable, très propre et ces charmants hôtes vous prodiguent des petites attentions délicates. Très belle surprise quand elle nous a ouvert la porte fenêtre. Je vous laisse en suspens pour découvrir ce lieu extraordinaire. La maison se trouve dans un endroit idéal, offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer. La vue sur le coucher de soleil est tout simplement magnifique grâce aux équipements extérieurs comme la piscine, la terrasse et un lit supplémentaire pour admirer la vue. Rien de grave sur le point négatif, mais il est important de respecter les saisons. Nous sommes partis en novembre et le temps change, mais c'est toujours mieux que dans ma région d'origine. Nous serons ravis de revenir sur la saison plus agréable.

Spacious villa with large (saltwater) pool and veranda overlooking the sea as well as the town of Amoopi, ideal to relax and unwind either for families or a group of friends. The house itself is very well equipped and is quitely located a 5-minute drive from the great beaches of Amoopi and some local small shops. As well the capital city is a short 12-minute drive away and a good starting point for exploring both the east and west coast of Karpathos. They have a local contact who's very supportive for any kind of questions or support on the spot. Please mind there's a dirt road for the last 1.5 km to the house, you however don't need a 4-wheel drive to master the road. We very much enjoyed our stay at Catia&Claudio's villa and can only highly recommend for anyone visiting the lovely island of Karpathos! Thanks again for having us.

La casa è esattamente come si vede dalle foto…posto incantevole!.La tranquillità la fa da padrona .La piscina è sicuramente un elemento in più nonostante il mare pazzesco dell’isola.Personalmente la usavamo mattina e sera e di notte si ha una vista del manto stellare!! Stavros’ place wax honestly one of the best houses we have ever rented. It matched the description completely, was modern very clean and with a very nice swimming pool and an excellent view. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to visit Karpathos for holidays (or even for remote working for a month or so) Staff on site was very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist vom Flughafen aus sehr schnell erreichbar, alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet Die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns (Familie mit 3 erwachsenen Kindern) optimal Morgens konnte man gleich in den Pool oder war in 2 Minuten am Meer zum Baden Die Surfbuchten sind in direkter Nachbarschaft Die Betreuung vor Ort hat sehr gut geklappt Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub, den wir sehr genossen haben !

Meeresrauschen zum Frühstück, Meeresrauschen zum Abendessen auf der Terrasse mit Strandblic k, was will man mehr? Wir waren begeistert von der liebevoll eingerichteten, sehr sauberen und strategisch super gelegenen Wohnung. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt um diese wunderschöne Insel mit dem Auto oder Scooter zu erkunden. Alles in Der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tavernen, Bars, Apotheke, sogar ein Krankenhaus. In wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto dann in der unberührten Natur und Stille wenn man möchte. (Jaaaaaaaaa!:)) Die Strände sind atemberaubend. Der Check In war unkompliziert, Andreas hat immer sofort geantwortet und uns auch eine nützliche Liste zum Erkunden der Insel zusammengestellt. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Karpathos!!

Wunderschön oberhalb dem tollen Strand von Kyra Panagia gelegen, die Lage ist atemberaubend! Strand über wenige Stufen gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Große Terrasse, auf welcher man Abends gerne den Ausblick und das Meeresrauschen genießt! Sehr nette Gastgeber, welche jederzeit gut erreichbar waren und sehr flexibel auf die An- und Abreisezeiten eingegangen sind! Super Ausgangsort zum Erkunden der gesamten Insel mit dem Mietauto.

Amazing location! The apartment could not have had a better location. And the view from the awesome balcony was incredible. Communication was great, and Christina was so helpful. We had a perfect stay in Karpathos.

Karpathos is an authentic island, where tourism is just starting to arrive. We loved Diafani, the village where we were because there was only one supermarket and the rest were taverns. There was not a single souvenir shop and this for me is already a 10. The house was 2 minutes from the beach in the middle with very good views. A typical house of the island. We had a great time. Thank you for everything.

we had a wonderful stay at the property. Maria made our stay exceptional with her availability any time we needed something, she responded. The property offers plenty of space inside, was very clean and welcoming. It has large windows in every room for natural light and of course a prime location for the sunset! This was our second stay and although the price has increased, we very much enjoy this apartment! It was nice to have so much room to spread out and have the multiple balconies overlooking the harbor, which can't be beat! It can be noisy, but you are right in the center of town, and good windows and good air-conditioning in the bedrooms meant that we all slept well, and we definitely appreciate being less than 5 minutes' walk from plenty of good restaurants and shopping. Athina is very responsive and helpful with any problems and recommendations.

This has to be the BEST place to stay in Diafani. the roof top deck was amazing with view of harbour. Clean, large living space, big kitchen. Good quick washer for clothes with laundry detergent. Bathroom is small & shower is not designed well as water does splash on the floor, by toilet. The ceiling in the shower is low so of you're tall it's tight. We understand space is limited so the bathroom is what it is. Margarita who is caretaker came & met us was friendly. Good WIFI. LED multi colour lighting in bedrooms & living room. Located at end of port in great location. You do have to be able to do stairs to get to the place...but so many to worry about, but still enough to catch your breath afterwards. If you eat at restaurants go to Corali for local cuisine, right near apartment and for fish go to The Dolphins..on road as you come into town. We had a place to park right below where we stayed but we were there off season, so make sure to have that arranged. Great spot!
